'We did not spend a lot of time at the hotel. We did enjoy the free breakfast that the hotel offered. The interior was clean and comfortable. The exterior needs some work. Both the elevator and pool were closed as they both required repairs. The hotel's real benefit was its location. It was easy to drive into downtown Denver or go the other way into the mountains. '

'Fair price and large clean room but overall in need of a refurbishment staff was nice and friendly. Bathroom had 2 lights out of four out. Seat has lots of cigarette burns. So not the prettiest.'

'Staff who checked us is was extremely nice and welcoming. Not the cleanest bathroom, beds were a bit squeaky, other guests were loud, but for the price the hotel did the job and was the most affordable option to red rocks. I would do a quick stay again if I was going to a concert and needed somewhere to sleep. '

'The staff and service was great. This property is only decent if you’re on a budget. The room was awful, tons of holes in the walls and very not well made furniture and whatnot. Also, the worst part is the how pungent it was with the smell of cigarettes. We tried to air out the room with the windows and AC but it stunk the whole time we spent there. The only upside was how friendly and nice the staff are and how easy check in was even after hours. The neighborhood is bad if you don’t have a car...

'This motel is very economical and as a result bare bones with respect to amenities. It was clean and functional has not been refurbished in decades. Our nonsmoking room was filled with smoke so we had to get another. It took me many phone calls/emails to get my money back for 2 unused nights after we checked out (to there credit, we did get our money back in full).'
