Positief: Voorzieningen
Erg gedateerd, niet superschoon en erg stoffig. Ook geen lift aanwezig, dus met de zware koffers de trapoen op. Verder wel goed geslapen. Er was ontbijt, maar wel erg beperkt. Leuke bijkomstigheid was wel dat er een binnenzwembad en jacuzzi was.

Another run down motel from Howard Jonson. The owner of this property seems to take it for granted that tourist visiting grand canyons and surrounding areas will stay at this location no matter what and out of limited options. This motel offer bare minimum and should be considered as last resort when all others are completely exhausted.

We found old underwear from a previous stay in our room. Upon check in, the woman was very rude and when we asked clarifying questions, the woman questioned our intlleigence. When our kids tried to ask her a question, she sighed and rolled her eyes. She walked away and someone else started helping us. The pool area is clean, but the pool is not heated.

There were mascara stains on 3 out of 4 pillows. I asked twice (once each on 2 separate nights) for a spare blanket so my 15 yo son and I didnt have to share one and was told both times that they didnt have any. So I slept with layers and a sheet and cranked up the heat. The floors and walls were visibly dirty. There was no housekeeping wven though we stayed for 3 nights. It was gross. Ill pay more elsewhere to at least have clean bedding and a blanket.

Made reservation online. Clerk charged me again. Think he was training the other one. They spoke broken english. Could not understand them. My queen bed seemed to be broke, it tilted slightly to the left. Felt a bulge in my back. Fan did not work well. Lighting by sink very poor. Especially to put makeup on. Whole room was dark. Microwave couldmt accommodate a bag of microwave popcorn. Kept getting stopped and stuck. Fridge did not work. Carpet felt unclean. Sheets were clean but blanket was gross and felt like thin sponge. Clerks were polite. Hot tub was nice and pool ok.

Decent for the price, outdated and our non smoking room smelled like a smoking room but it gave us a place to lay our heads for the night after a long day and breakfast included was convenient

Just maybe have the room attendant make sure the TV is working before the guest arrives. Mine did not work but I wasn’t going to use it anyway .

The front office lady was there all 3 days we stayed from when I woke up to when I went to bed. She was always attentive to anything we needed and was absolutely so sweet.
