'Room was great! Drains drained in shower and sink. Low water pressure 😔'

'Outdated hotel.

'Disappointing stay—nothing like the online impression Island Seas Resort looked much better online than it did in person. Cockroaches and poor cleanliness were major concerns, and the services fell well short of what I expected from a resort. There was no dining available during my stay. The only option was a coffee shop open for a couple of hours, offering coffee and a muffin. There was no concierge, and I ended up renting a car to get groceries and drive elsewhere for meals. Receptie was heel vriendelijk .'

Zwembad was netjes '

'We would like a bit more service and hospitality from the staff.'

The weight room was small with equipment not maintained. One treadmill had a broken screen and the other had a loose belt. Requests were treated as an inconvenience. It took hours to get towels replaced. I did not have WiFi in my room my entire stay. The first day I notified staff, I was told “all rooms have...
