'The hotel is a bit dated for the price. The rooms could use a face lift. The complimentary breakfast is helpful, but the offerings are very basic and it gets very, very crowded in the breakfast area making it hard to find seating and to get food. Our room wasn't ready at 4:00 and everyone else checking in at the same time as us seemed to also be having issues with their rooms not being ready. It was a mess. 'We recently stayed at this hotel for two nights and unfortunately had a disappointing experience overall. At check-in, the hotel appeared understaffed. We had to wait in a long line while the receptionist was not only handling guests but also training a new staff member at the same time, which made the process slow and inefficient. 'The rooms are spacious and cozy. Water park was smaller than places like water country but it doesn’t matter really when you consider it’s far less packed and you get more done and you don’t often stay in a hotel with anything more than a pool. Ropes course was great, games were great and VR was incredible. Food was amazing and I hated being on a diet. Definitely going back next year. Buy the adventure pass, it’s absolutely worth it'
