'After checking in a thunderstorm came through a couple hours later and knocked the power out. There was no backup generator and the power didn’t come back on till after midnight. I stayed in my truck in the parking lot till power came back on. When I checked out the next morning, there was no offer of a discount or partial refund for the power being out. Would not stay there again.'

'Only issue was the mirrors in room needed cleaned badly other than that excellent'

'Staff was super nice and told us about free ubers to the hospital, gave us free water because we had been walking back and forth to the hospital. The only issue I had is when I extended my stay I was told to come down in the morning checkout and check back into my same room. Ended up having to call my wife back from the hospital so we can move all our stuff into a different room with smaller beds. There was nothing they could do. Besides that hiccup, it was great and would stay again.'

'We were greeted by friendly staff when we arrived! We were provided bottled water and cookies. The room was clean and well stocked with towels and washcloths. The continental breakfast was good and the staff kept all the different food items stocked. The staff was always polite and eager to assist if needed.'

'We stayed here for 2 nights in a comfortable suite. The property was very pleasant, as were the staff. Parking was easy and safe. Strange that a hotel of this class doesn't have a bar or restaurant though. I know they offer a glass of wine in the evening, but having to walk 10 minutes to find somewhere to go for a nightcap we found unusual. Feels more like a wedding venue than a full-service hotel. Breakfast was very good.'
