The Cottage was on a beautiful property and was nice and quiet. The inside was clean and had everything we needed.

The pictures are accurate. This property is on a farm with livestock so please be mindful on how this may impact your trip. There are no barriers nor do the equipment, barn, or animals interfere with your stay other than smell if you’re sensitive to it. The cottage is on shared property but privacy did not feel interfered with as there is a distance between the two structures. The cottage was well kept overall. It’s homey while very minimalist and simple. The property manager touch based with us as needed. Some suggestions would be to consider an additional table or surface to rest bathroom items on, we saw small dead insects in the corners / along baseboard but I’ve also considered the location being on a farm having a factor on that, and one draw cord is unreachable on one of the living room fans.The cottage is fairly close to the local town and convenient to The Ark if this is a reason for your trip. The road to the property is also drive-friendly if country roads were a factor. Overall, if you’re seeking a country like place with rolling green hills with quiet, this may be it.

The checkin process was very easy, the kitchen had a full size refrigerator and stove along with microwave. Had a wonderful time as always! It was my second time and my sister's first time. We went to the ark and the aquarium. Took our time through both, lots of pictures. Enjoyed the time at the house watching the raccoons, and cows. Heard a bullfrog in the pond. The farm is absolutely breathtaking. Thank you so much,,,,see you next year!!!!!!

The cottage was perfect! The location was great for our daily outings. Jenna was a FANTASTIC property manager. She took time from her two days to pick us up from the airport and take us to get a rental car. Thanks for going out of your way to make our vacation wonderful

Anniversary Trip

The cabin was very cozy. For a small cabin it felt spacious. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The location felt remote and was quiet and peaceful, yet was close to nice restaurants and things to do. It was exactly the peaceful getaway we were looking for.

Nice Little Cottage on a Working Farm.

Beautiful views of the ridges. Nice working farm, employees always were very friendly. The cottage was nice and cozy. I have one suggestion, get a better grill. The one there is the cheapest of the cheap and catches your food on fire fast. The grate sits right on top of where the fire comes out. Also, spiders and cobwebs in the bathroom. No big deal, I have spiders in my home as well. Just might want to hit those corners above the shower with a broom or something to remove them.

I was surprised and pleased to see this was on a farm. Thankful that it wasn't a very busy farm to wake us up early. The views of the cows and fields were relaxing. The cottage was very comfortable and everything as described.

You need to stay here

It was heaven on Earth! I loved sitting on the listenjng to the rain watching the cows. The grounds were beautiful. If you are looking for a place convenient to places, jt out of the way.. this is the place for you !

Peace and tranquility

Extremely gorgeous, so welcoming and inviting. Love the farm and all the residents on it: raccoons, ground hog, cows, geese. It was so delightful sitting on the porch in the evenings watching the sunset.

Liked: The farm around the cottage was peaceful and inviting. We loved that it was a short drive to a grocery store and the Ark Encounter. Disliked: Very little communication from the host during our stay.
