Enjoy close proximity to the Ark Encounter (just a 15 minute drive) and plenty of actives on the lake! There's fire pit in the back yard, and a grill for your use as well!



The Space:

This stunning lakeside home features 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and an additional daybed/trundle bed to accommodate up to 14 guests. Laundry units, a well-equipped kitchen, a propane grill, fire pit, and private boat dock are also yours to use during your stay! Please always exercise caution and never leave children unattended near the water.



Guest Access:

Guests have access entire to the home aside from locked storage areas.

Entry is through the back door using a unique key code provided at check-in time via the Guest Guide.

Access to the home is limited to registered guests only—any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.

We require booking guest to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent.

Check-in info is sent prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement.



The Neighborhood:

This lovely lake home is set on the banks of the popular Williamstown Lake. Note that the roads around the lake can sometimes be a little rough and steep, and the driveway/parking area is on a steep incline. Use caution, especially in wet or icy conditions.

Enjoy time out on the water or visit the Ark Encounter just a few miles away. This rural lake-side setting is perfect for your Williamstown getaway!

We recommend driving a personal or rental vehicle

We will not enter inside the property during your stay, unless requested, without prior notice or permission.

Please note that our maintenance and cleaning teams may need to access the exterior of the property, without prior notice, to perform routine maintenance like mowing, cleanup, trash removal, etc.
