'This was the perfect place for my group and our needs. Enough beds with options; a dark, quiet room in the basement, a shared room with a two full beds, the top floor king size suite, even a pull out sofa! All useful accommodations for a party of 5 or more. To top it off, the roof top hot tub with a city skyline view was incredible! It was a great location too, in walking distance to our venue in South Philly. Everything worked out perfectly, and I'm grateful that this option was available....

'This is a beautiful home, stocked with essentials, on a stunning street in a perfect neighborhood. The back, outdoor space is lovely for a morning cup of tea. 'A cool, unique place in the heart of Lambertville. Everything was as described. The beds were very comfy and there were so many special touches in the house. Easy walk to shops and restaurants in Lambertville and New Hope. Great bike riding trail. Tom was an excellent host. We were there during record breaking heat and the air conditioner died. Tom had several new window units installed within hours and we were very comfortable. Highly recommend! '

'So the space was beautiful. Clean, spacious, comfy bed. Exactly as depicted, no parking as expected but that was made clear in the listing so no problem there. Check in instructions were clear and accurate. No problem getting in. The problem came when I tried to take a shower and the tub wouldn’t drain and then these little black particles started coming up from the drain. I messaged the property and never received a response. I ended up leaving early the next day to go home and wash up there....
