'Property was nice, mostly clean and quiet. We used the laundry facility. The kitchen dishwasher was broken. There were only a couple of plates, glassware and pot, pan and utensils to use and they were dirty with no dish soap to clean. Bed was comfortable.'

'The area felt safe and there was a lot to do within walking distance. Check in and out was easy. The FAQ guide didn’t have a lot of specific information. The one bad thing was the WiFi was only available in the common area (pool, games etc), not in the actual room. '

'This was a wonderful experience for all. We came to town to help celebrate our friend's birthday my attending the Animazement event and everyone was thrilled with the house. It's a beautiful home with ample space and amenities close enough to town to get where you want to go and far enough to avoid the craziness. 5 out of 5 all around.'

'I enjoyed my three-night stay very much. The studio location was in a lovely quiet eclectic neighborhood just outside of the downtown Raleigh area. The owner was great to interact with and helpful. I would highly recommend this cute studio when you travel to Raleigh. '

'Beautiful home with a spectacular view. Very spacious for our family of twelve. Filled with beautiful furnishings and personal touches. Great location, convenient to the train station, restaurants and the beach but also very private. Be prepared to climb the stairs. That’s the price you pay for the spectacular views. '

'We loved the backyard and lake! We saw a fox, rabbit, and lots of geese. It was peaceful and quiet there! The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the shampoo, conditioner and soap provided. Overall, a comfortable and nice place to stay very close to Raleigh activities!'

'Our stay in Tom's Place was exceptional. They had thought of every little thing a guest might need. We had the choice of a soft pillow or a firm one. Nespresso was a pleasant surprise. The bed and linens were comfortable as was the lounging area. My hubs especially enjoyed the well-appointed bathroom. The architecture of this space was well-thought out and obviously brought to life by skilled crafts people. Don't want to spoil all the surprises we found so you will be pleased and surprised...

'This property is huge! It was super clean and simple to check in. Our only wish was having another night stand in the bedrooms. Otherwise we can’t wait to book again! '

'Really enjoyed this location. More character than a hotel. Fully functional kitchen. Parking area was very convenient. Everything was in great condition. Getting in with the door code was very smooth and the Roku TV even has guest mode so we could safely stream from our own accounts. '

'We absolutely loved our stay and will be back again. It was cozy, comfortable and peaceful. We sat on the porch in the mornings and evenings. Saw ducks flying low over the lake, saw fish jumping, lizards, dragonflies and even a solid black squirrel! Listened to the frogs in the evening and one night watch the lightening show.
