'Why such a low rating? After a long day at the park, we arrived to check in after 4 p.m. An older woman was at the front desk. She checked us in and, after paying, told us the room wasn't ready and we had to come back in an hour. When we asked if we could leave our luggage in the room, she refused. When we returned after more than two hours, the room was barely cleaned. Otherwise, it was fine.'

'The Property was clean, quiet and away from the hussle of Glacier. Our room was super clean and provided all amenities we needed, coffee, shower gel/shampoo/conditioner/fresh towels. The beds were comfortable and had fresh linen and cozy pillows. Plus… these cabins/rv spots are close enough to enjoy the basic tourist amenities and have several dining options, activities and hiking trails nearby.

Amazing is one word I can say about this property. It’s a wonderful property in an awesome location with a view of mountains. Staff is very helpful and goes over and above to manage the customer expectations. I would love to stay again in this property. We stayed in bunk house and get the kitchen facility which was really great. '

'Super friendly staff and a nice property. We stayed here for 4 nights on our Glacier NP trip and enjoyed the stay. It was great coming back to tea/coffee/cookies in the lobby. Breakfast was great too- eggs, bacon, potatoes, yogurt, bagels etc. We didn’t use the gym or the pool but it was nice to have the option. Restaurants are at a short walk from the hotel too.
We were on the second floor and there was occasionally footstep noise from the floor above us. '

'The only negative is the surrounding highway and train noise. Once that dies down or passes and you fall asleep, it’s perfect. For light sleepers, ear plugs are provided. But staff is the BEST and I would book again. '

'Such a great stay! Cozy, clean, charming and just a few minutes from the west gate to Glacier. We had our own private bathroom which was great. The staff was fantastic! Evelyn is a delight and a wealth of knowledge regarding the park, trails and reservation system. The cafe staff was phenomenal and kept us well fueled. The only thing to be aware of is the train noise throughout the night being that it is across the road from a major railway. '
