The Space
Wake up in one of three deluxe bedrooms—a king-size master suite, a king guest room, or a bunk room with two full-over-full bunkbeds, plus an extra twin mattress. Each mattress is high-end, organic, and wrapped in butter-soft luxury linens for an extremely comfortable night's sleep.

Both the master en-suite bathroom and the guest bath were recently upgraded, with indulgences like a walk-in shower with two showerheads (one a rainfall!) in the master bath.

Meet for meals and hangouts in the open-concept common area, which includes a fully equipped and stocked kitchen, a mid-century modern dining table for 6, a living area with a large flatscreen TV, and a sweeping view of Lake Tawakoni front-and-center through a wall of windows.

All throughout, a distinctive design aesthetic brings together colorful Spanish-Modern décor and clean, modern lines for a Pic-worthy setting.

THE GREAT OUTDOORS
A covered outdoor living area presents another place to gather with the open-water lake in full view. Recline on a sectional sofa and look out at the water while ceiling fans overhead stir the lake breezes. And there's more: play foosball, sip drinks at the Mahalo bartop, or watch TV on the outdoor 50" flat-screen—all outside in the lake breezes!

Stroll your own 600-foot stretch of shoreline on Lake Tawakoni, or fish from your own pier, which is shared with the Casita guests. (Lake Tawakoni is one of the best spots in Texas for fishing—especially catfish. Bring your poles!)

Just around the bend is Lake Tawakoni State Park for even more fun in nature. Even better, this home is located in an excellent, quiet neighborhood. We love our neighbors!

As the sun sets, dig into Texas BBQ from the charcoal grill at your outdoor dining table for 6.
