  • Prachtige oude stijl oceaan kant huisje met verbazende gracht en uitzicht op de zonsondergang die geweldige updates klaar voor u en uw familie te genieten en maak herinneringen beschikken. Piraten zijn mijn passie en zo is het maken van een comfortabele plek voor u en uw gezin om echt te genieten van de rust van Carolina Beach. Van het is ouderwets bord lopen naar de nabijheid van Wilmington iedereen zal iets dat ze graag over komst naar het strand te vinden! Slechts enkele van de voorzieningen:
    1. Buitendouche met warm water!
    2. Opslagruimte beneden - breng je fiets! Het heeft ook strandstoelen en speelgoed.
    3. Enorme dek met een prachtig uitzicht op de gracht. Er is een picknicktafel voor het diner of lunch en stoelen om te ontspannen. De wind is geweldig.
    4. Open woonkamer met grote sofa en eetkamer voor zes personen. Kijk naar de foto's - het doet geen gerechtigheid.
    5. Uitgebreid kabel met DVR en draadloos internet.
    6. Open keuken met bar en gloednieuwe roestvrij stalen apparaten.
    7. Uitbreiding van potten en pannen voor het koken maaltijden thuis. Save $$$!
    8. DVD Library.
    9. Uitgedost Pirate badkamer - Arrrrgh.
    10. Wasmachine en droger.
    11. Overdekte parkeerplaats.
    12. Zo dicht bij het strand.
    13. Op te slaan voor al die gemiste items in de achtertuin. Oh, je vergat boter - controleer de winkel!
    14. Nieuw HVAC-systeem voor koude lucht. (En back-up venster eenheden, voor het geval)
    15. Brand New Plafond ventilatoren in beide slaapkamers.
    16. Dubbele master met queen size bedden in beide kamers. Men heeft een tv met uitgebreide kabel.
    17. Diervriendelijk (gewoon leuk zijn en pick-up na ... kak is niet mooi!).
    18. Bordspellen in het geval je wilt wat family fun!
    19. Tegenover het publiek toegang dek op de gracht - u kunt kijken naar de boten gaan door.
    20. Een tuin met grill - kok uit! (Houtskool en gas voor 2015)
    21. Cornhole Boards - Style Pirate.
    22. Wat heb je nog meer nodig? Laat het me weten!
    23. Tuin om te spelen in ... koop een temp zwembad als je wilt. Het werkt! :)
    24. Heldere Oranje en Beachy Color.
    25. Overdekte parkeerplaats voor uw auto onder het huis.
    26. Extra zitplaatsen onder het huis voor als je grill. Een bar ook!
    27. Op loopafstand van de promenade.

Super easy check in and out. Loved the property and how close it was to the beach. It's also very difficult to find a house with a dog who is a barker, but since this is far enough away from others he could bark his heart out. Loved the porch and the house was very beach friendly. Parking was the easiest I've seen at Carolina as well.

Loved the Location

Beautiful sunsets over the canal & easy beach access made this a great place to stay. Nice roomy accommodations. We loved the deck on warm days, tho with all the breeze it tends to get dirty out there

Amazing location

You cannot get a better location for the price. You can see the beach from the balcony and a corner store half a block away. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Great house for small kids or babies.

Great Stay

This property could not be more convenient to everything we needed. It is in a great location. We are a family of 4 plus our dog. Kids are 5 and 7. Beach access was so easy and the main drag/boardwalk are minutes away. The property provided everything we needed.

Location is perfect - walkability score is 10/10. Quite neighborhood with friendly people. Home desperately needs deep cleaning and is in disrepair. It's neither attactive or comfortable. Couch is dirty & stained. Bathroom rugs were filthy. Walls, cabinets & doors are a mess. Bathroom fixtures are coming out of the wall. Water roaches were really bad. Just very disappointed and cannot recommend.

We would love to stay here again

Jane was great with communicating with me before our stay, during and after. Thank you Jane! I was able to text her my suggestions on improving the property. She was available and quick to respond. We stayed here during the recent Tropical Storm Ophelia (?), 9/21/23, and while we were indoors for a couple of days, the place was insulated well, and it was pretty neat to listen to how the weather played out. Keep in mind to those expecting a ‘castle’, that this property has more of the beach cottage vibe. It was what we wanted. There were three adults and our mini dog, a service dog, and it helped having a washer n dryer on-site. The coffee and mini store behind this property, made me a couple great omelettes! Thank you for sharing your property with us!

Hambrick Beach Trip

If I could, I would have taken the home back to Virginia with me. It is exactly what I am looking for! I loved the beach home and the location! So close to the beach and watching the boats in the canal with the lights at night - beautiful! It was a perfect set up for us because our basset hound is almost completely blind and she was able to maneuver the house so well. No inside steps were great too! The outside porch was perfect to sit on and read or watch the thunderstorms pass by. We had NO BUGS!!! It was amazing! I also liked this stretch of beach because it is wide and smooth and with a lifeguard. We really appreciated the Italian Ice guy who rolled by on the beach everyday!! I will definitely be coming back to this home! It was our first time at Carolina Beach and we loved it. I will spread the word to all of my friends. Thanks so much for letting us stay in your home!

Disappointed!

The location was amazing. Great views, short beach walk. CONS- The floors were swept but not mopped (kids feet were black after walking around) The couch was covered in white dog hair. Luckily I had enough sheets to cover it. All of the couch pillows were stained. I put all of them in the closet while we were there. I’m surprised more complaints weren’t made about the cleanliness. Fridge had smudges all over it, the bathroom smelt of urine and mildew. The shower curtain should be washed, and liner should be changed after a few stays to avoid the smell (you can see mold on the bottom of it) Also the washer does not fill up with enough water to wash a load. The umbrella was broken. I asked the owner to please drop one off the next day. She asked if I could go buy one and she’d reimburse me. I ended up renting each day because it was easier. Also, it isn’t my job to run and get one for her to have for future guest. Unprofessional! I chose this house so I wouldn’t have to bring beach toys or run out and “grab things” I have 2 small kids.. There were only 3 chairs provided for the beach. Only one was a “beach chair” the other 2 were wooden folding chairs. I could go on but you get the point. The house is probably cleaner now than it was before I got there. Been home for 2 days. My youngest daughter and I are both sick with the stomach bug. I assume it’s from the poor cleaning jobs that are done. Zero disinfecting or bleach used here. LAZY cleaner. Don’t recommend.

Good trip. Beautiful place.

The house is in an amazing spot. It is a very nice location and the layout is nice as well. The wrap around porch is amazing. The packet that the owners send is slightly confusing. There is also a lot of what appears to be the owners items at the house which when having kids can make you nervous. For sure would stay at the location again though.

This was our second summer at the house. What can I say, “location, location, location”! The perfect breakfast spot on the corner. A two minute walk to the beach. We are definitely coming back for a third year.

Easy transaction. Simple directions and wealth of information about the locale area. only complaint is that the decking had several nails coming loose ( with toddlers hard on barefeet): restaurants in local area do not do take-out and we had a hard time finding food to go. owner indicated to bring own linens/ towels but there was plentiful at the residence. Great Great location. Very quiet ( soundproofed, didn't really hear the busy street).

Great location

The property was great! The best view for the morning sunrise and afternoon sunset across the sound. The porch was great eating breakfast and enjoying the views. Loved having a small local store in the backyard with anything you may need or forgot. Small walk to the beach and loved that it was with a lifeguard on duty each day.

Perfect Carolina Beach Retreat

Just returned from a great 3 night stay and it was perfect. I grew up going to the Carolina beaches and this place provided a classic beach house vibe! The porch was perfect for watching boats go by and feeling the afternoon breeze! Loved the huge couches. All the necessities were provided for a great day at the beach! Would 10/10 rent again!
