Geniet van ochtend zonsopgangen en strandwinden vanaf de veranda van dit prachtige huis. Dit verhoogde huisje met 3 slaapkamers aan de kust ligt op slechts drie blokken van het strand en is de perfecte plek om te ontspannen. Gelegen op slechts 3 blokken (10 minuten lopen) van alles dat Carolina Beach biedt ... .het strand, de promenade en restaurants. Home beschikt over een ruime open plattegrond woonkamer met veel licht en voldoende ruimte om te spreiden. Opvallende kenmerken zijn onder meer hardhouten vloeren, een open keuken met moderne apparatuur en een granieten aanrecht, een zitje naast de ontbijttafel, een formele eethoek met een grote tafel, een ruime woonkamer met een 50-inch flatscreentelevisie en DirecTV. De grote slaapkamer heeft een eigen terras en een jacuzzi in het hoofdbad. Buiten heeft het huis een beschutte veranda, een omheinde achtertuin, buitendouche, gasgrill en een grote afgesloten garage. Andere opvallende kenmerken van het huis zijn gratis wifi en een wasmachine en droger. Verschillende fietsen zijn beschikbaar, of breng je eigen om het eiland Greenway of Carolina Beach State Park te rijden. U kunt genieten van boeken, games en tal van puzzels.

Great Home in a Great Location

Beach Trip

We had a wonderful time at this property! It was less than a 10 minute walk to the Boardwalk and the beach. There were bikes for us to use. When we needed to communicate with the owner, he got back to us within minutes. It was extremely relaxing and comfortable. I would highly recommend this house!

Family Vacation

We enjoyed staying at this property! The kids loved the bunk beds and all the games were perfect. A short walk to the boardwalk and beach! Close to the Ft. Fisher aquarium and not a far drive from the USS North Carolina. We throughly took advantage of all the local food and shops. We would highly recommend this property.

Amazing time at this beautiful property! It's a MUST stay!

The place was just as listed. It was beautiful and the owners were very nice. We definitely plan on renting this place again when the weather gets warmer. It only took us about 7 min to walk to the beach. all of the neighbors were really nice as well. Once again , this is a must stay rental. We def enjoyed ourselves and we are sad to leave .

Amazing house

The house has large space, very close to the beach (7mins aprox walking) and restaurants; it is close to everything you need, you can also walk to all the places. Rooms are big enough to welcome a large family, kitchen is big, clean and well equipped for prepare your meals. I highly recommend this place!

Beautiful Home - Family Friendly Neighborhood

Very happy with the home, neighborhood, and proximity to the beach/boardwalk. My wife fell in love with the open kitchen and the master bedroom with huge washroom. Steve was pleasant to message. Really no complaints. Thanks for sharing your home.

Carolina Beach home

The home is nice and met our needs for beds and baths. It is in a great location and very close to the Boardwalk! However, the home was minimally clean. The floors throughout the house were really quite dirty!! Even the children thought they were “gross”. The windowsills and blinds were very dusty, especially in the living area and the master bath. The furniture in the living space was also really dusty and the sofas were sand coated. The pillows on the beds were flat and inadequate. We wished we had brought our own!! The mattress pad on the upper bunk bed was seriously stained and/or just unclean. The jets in the master bath tub looked moldy and unusable. And unfortunately, we killed a roach in the hall bathroom and one on the stairs leading from the entrance to the upstairs. I’m sure a really thorough cleaning and maybe some attention to pest control would make this rental an even better place to stay!! We did enjoy our time in Carolina Beach, especially the beach and Boardwalk!

Perfect location

Very nice house. Huge garage. Bikes included. The only drawback was very firm mattresses. I like a soft mattress. 2 very short blocks to the beach, boardwalk and all Carolina beach offers. Very clean. Screened in porch was great. Very nice furniture. We had 3 couples stay there and 5 other couples stay 1 block away. .

Nice place close to the beach

We enjoyed our stay at the rental. Being close to the beach was nice, and we also like the many extras (bikes, BBQ grill, games, puzzles, etc) that the house provided. Our host was very responsive to my questions, and the check in/check out process was very simple. The only negatives were the fact that the oven and refrigerator have a few issues that need to be repaired, the patio furniture needs cleaning, and the blankets/pillows could use a good washing. Overall, things went well and I would rent from this host again.

Great house, but needs some cleaning

The house was great and spacious. However, it definitely needs a good cleaning. The floors were gross, the porch needed some serious cleaning, and the one shower curtain had mold. We really enjoyed the house but it would’ve been much better with a little bit of cleaning. It also would’ve been nice to know there were NO kitchen towels and such. We brought some for the bathrooms but nothing for the kitchen.

The perfect place
