This is a great space. The home dates back to 1889, on a street with homes that date back that far or further. The decor is hippie/chic, it’s welcoming, warm, friendly. The location is awesome, historic downtown Wilmington is yours for the taking. I would highly recommend it and I would stay here again if I can.

Nice large rooms with plenty of amenities. Good breakfast. You are asked to park on the street half a block away, but the area is very safe. The hotel is operating out of a old historical house. I have to climb up 3 flights of stairs to reach my room. Do not recommended it for travelers with disabilities.

This B&B is so gorgeous! The decor is so intentional, blending modern design with the beauty of the historic home. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were colorful and comfortable. It’s in a super convenient location, steps away from downtown Wilmington. I would love to stay here again!

Dreamers was such a charming boutique hotel that feels like a traditional B&B with a contemporary twist. From its designer’s decor to its amenities on site, it was a very memorable experience staying there for a short trip. I spend around 100 nights at hotel each year for my work, and the Dreamers really made an impression! It makes me rethink that I should spend more time at boutique properties like this rather than mainline chain.

Loved the uniqueness of the property and the themed rooms. Inside of the hotel feels cozy and welcoming. I checked in after 6 so I had to self check-in and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. They have tea, coffee and water available 24/7. I didn't get to try the breakfast because I had to be at work early but they were nice enough to leave me some overnight oats and a muffin for to-go. They were both delicious! Thanks again for a cozy and comfortable stay!

I travel 180 to 220 days a year, I am in Hotels and bed-and-breakfast all the time. This is the worst one. Ever. It wasn’t the facility, it was the people. Oh, and their ad says that they have an airport shuttle, but they don’t.

The BnB was very lovely. They were very accommodating during check in and always texted me back when I had questions. The decor was modern chic minimalist! Which I loved. The room was very large! Good natural light, comfy bed, nice size TV too.The only thing was the bathroom lighting was a little dim. It wan't a huge concern just a bit of a challenge to put on make-up :). I would definitely recommend!!

Much enjoyed stay!
Very comfortable rooms, cozy and clean. Slept better there than I have at home in a while. Made me realize it’s time for a new mattress. The Hostess was very kind/ helpful and kept the room flawless. Will definitely use Dreamers on our next trip to Wilmington.

The Perfect Stay!
The inn is beautiful and clean. The staff communicates mainly via text so you don't have any hassles. When you need something simply text the number given to you upon booking and your needs will be taken care of. I was cold the first night so I texted the next day (they texted first to ask if I needed anything) and said it was cold so they gave me permission to change the temperature on the thermostat that was outside my door. This made it perfect! The bed was very soft and the pillows were perfect texture like a cloud. Everything was extremely clean, which is of the upmost importance. This is not a negative, but something renters should be aware of. When looking for the inn at night, be on the lookout that it is a house, not a typical hotel. The sign is very small and on the front gate so if you arrive at night you may miss the black sign with small white writing. It is a few blocks from the convention center but in what seems to be a residential area so it is nice and quiet. The vegetation in the garden is beautiful and feels tropical. There is also a hammock outside for relaxing. I would call this, the perfect stay! I would definitely recommend this perfect inn to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing, atmosphere that is near all the amenities.

Had you booked one of our two pup-friendly suites and paid the required nominal pet fee, we would have had a very different experience. Our host was as helpful as she could possibly be and did not deserve to be called names upon your arrival or when you chose to return to further raise your voice. It was unkind as she was simply following the rules for your reservation.Potential future guests should know we welcome your pup in The Romantic as well as The Dreamer Suite and there is a very modest fee. Dream Stay!
Wonderful stay at this beautiful historic hotel. The attention to detail throughout the building is extraordinary. The service was top notch, the breakfast was excellent We could not have been happier with our short stay at this hotel and look forward coming back next time we are in the area.
