Early Busby - Hedendaagse eengezinswoning op het geluid met jacuzzi

  • De ultieme luxe! Eigentijdse eengezinswoning met 2 master suites met elk een eigen jacuzzi. De eerste verdieping biedt toegang tot de garage en een lagere hal. Op de tweede verdieping vindt u alle woonruimtes. Er is een grote woonkamer, ideaal voor een familiefilmavond. Je hebt ook de eetkamer, perfect voor al je familiediner. De keuken is volledig gevuld met alles wat u nodig heeft om samen te eten, en er is een bar met zitplaatsen in de keuken voor extra ruimte! Er is ook een grote afgeschermde veranda, evenals open balkon zitplaatsen. Op dit niveau is ook de eerste master suite met een grote eigen badkamer, inclusief een jacuzzi.

    Boven heb je de andere 3 slaapkamers. Twee gast slaapkamers hebben elk twee aparte bedden. Er is ook een eenpersoonsbed met een onderschuifbed in de nis boven de trap. De tweede master suite heeft ook een kingsize bed en een complete badkamer met een jacuzzi. Er is ook een goed balkon aan de voorzijde, perfect om te genieten van het avondbriesje of een ochtend kopje koffie.

    Gelegen aan de gezonde kant van het strand aan de noordkant van het eiland. Er is een eigen aanlegsteiger en aanlegsteiger voor een kleine boot of jetski. Ruime dekken en afgeschermd in veranda. Sensationele zonsondergangen. Toegang tot het strand in de buurt.

We did have water issues with gray water and grit in the tubs when the hot water was used and this was a problem throughout the week. Bathroom plumbing needs to be updated...downstairs master shower was basically a trickle and the temperature was hard to regulate. Overall, the house is clean and has been maintained. Updating is needed in all bathrooms and kitchen.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the location overlooking the waterway. It's a great place from which to go paddle boarding and kayaking when the tide is up. It's also an easy walk to the beach. However, the "sleeps 10" is a bit misleading as the sofa bed in the loft really is not good for 2 people and one of the children had to sleep on an air mattress in the large walk in closet. It is also frustrating that although it "sleeps 10" the table only seats 6 and we brought a card table and extra folding chairs so that we can all eat dinner together. The decor is lovely and the place is bright and cheery but the DVD player did not work.

Wonderful getaway for a group

Roomy for eight with a little daybed alcove if someone needs their own space. Terrific bathrooms and a half bath on the first floor. Well supplied kitchen and an extra fridge downstairs for overflow. And the long pier reaches out to the bird-filled marsh. The. house is clean and linens supplied. We couldn’t be happier.

The home is beautifully appointed, roomy enough for 8-9 adults, well supplied in the kitchen, and situated on the sound and a quick walk across the street to the sugar sand beach. IntraCoastal was very responsive to a request during our stay. We would rent this lovely home again.

All was fine with the exception of the tv and Internet service. Each tv requires a couple of remotes and a page of instructions to turn it on. This year the internet service was so slow that we had to go to Panera to get a connection to use for work. Other than the tech stuff, everything was wonderful.

The property has been well kept and if feels like a home - not just a sterile rental property. Last time we used the kayaks. We expected them again so it was disappointing to see them chained up.
