Historische charme zonder de gekke prijs. Huur het hele huis en slechts een blok van het centrum van Wilmington, NC. Loop langs de rivier en bezoek de vele particuliere winkels en restaurants van alle denkbare soorten. Bezoek musea of tal van historische locaties die dateren van vóór de revolutionaire oorlog. Je kunt ook op de verschillende trolleys of paardenkoetsen rijden. Misschien is de beroemde spooktocht meer van jou. Verschillende stranden binnen 15 tot 30 minuten. This property is totally amazing and the Brian went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The home is beautiful and clean, it’s cozy and very comfortable. Brian responses very quickly to answer all your questions. He even retrieved an earring that fell down one of the grates. The kitchen is well stocked and each bedroom has its own bathroom. My cousins, my adult children, and I really enjoyed staying here and I highly recommend this property!

Host was excellent at communicating! Communicated details before I even had to ask and checked in via text throughout the stay. The house was massive, great for a family or friend get-together. We stayed here for a family wedding, it was the perfect location. Close to everything, we were able to walk to the church and reception. Tons to do in the area, highly recommend. This is a great rental in a wonderful location in Wilmington. We enjoyed the back patio for wine in the evenings and the front porch for coffee in the mornings. The bedrooms were comfortable and each bedroom had its own bathroom. The short walk downtown made our weekend a lot of fun.

Everything we experienced was fantastic!! comfortable beds, house is well stocked, excellent location - walked everywhere. Loved the rear garden, and front porch when it rained. Perfect Location in Historic Wilmington

My family of 5 stayed for a weekend wedding in the area. The house was clean and spacious. Although we did not have time to use it, the backyard was large and lovely. Brian was helpful, answering all questions from booking until check-out.

Perfect place for a large group, great location!

Loved the historic feel of this 1910 home. Highly recommend. By far the most well stocked property we've ever stayed. You will not run out of towels! Comfy beds. Everything you need to cook. Our family of 5 stayed here for our son's wedding. The groomsmen had plenty of room to get ready for the wedding. Walking distance to riverfront.We spent many hours on the large front porch. More outdoor seating in back of house with a firepit. Plenty of beds (6) . We'll definitely book this property again!

Historic home with a lot of character. 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms very convenient for larger parties. Great fenced patio in back for relaxing with family or friends. A short walk to the River Walk and lots of bars, restaurants and shops.
