U zult genieten van ons SeaSideFarmHouse met het gezellige Sea Side Farm House-gevoel. Met alle nieuwe meubels en alle nieuwe voorzieningen. We hebben niets voor je achtergelaten. Leun achterover en geniet van een glas wijn of een goede kop koffie. Slechts enkele minuten van een van de mooiste stranden van North Carolina of enkele minuten van een wandeling door het centrum van Wilmington's beroemde River Front Boardwalk. Ons huis ligt in het hart van allerlei restaurants en op slechts enkele minuten van Mayfield. Dit is een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen. Dit huis uit 1750 SQ FT heeft een benedenverdieping met een kingsize bed en een nieuw bad met douche. Twee slaapkamers boven en een tweede badkamer met een bad / douche-combinatie. Alle slaapkamers hebben U4-tv's en de woonkamer heeft een groot scherm U4-tv. Keuken is volledig uitgerust om alles te bereiden wat uw hartje begeert. Er is ook een houtskoolbar van 40 inch voor uw gebruik. Keukentafel biedt plaats aan 6 en een eetbar aan 5 stoelen. Het achterterras is er voor uw totale genot, uitgerust met een aan de muur gemonteerde ventilator voor de warmere avonden dat u nog steeds buiten wilt zitten. Deze patio is waar de grill zich bevindt voor uw gebruik. De terrastafel biedt plaats aan 4. Dit gebied is omheind voor uw privacy.

Lovely place!

This was a great place. I love the decor and farmhouse style. It felt so cozy and had everything we needed! Shower pressure was on point and I just loved all the extra touches! We had a lovely time. I would definitely stay here again when we’re in town.

This is an amazing farmhouse VRBO. It has everything you need to get you started. Communicate with the owner was amazing. If you are looking for a place to stay in Wilmington, I would highly recommend this one.

Excellent location and perfect home

This was the perfect spot for our family of 5 to stay for our trip to the Wilmington area. 15 minutes to Wrightsville Beach and 30 minutes to Carolina Beach. Tons of groceries and restaurants just minutes from the house. Quiet neighborhood. Neighborhood pool that we had to ourselves each time we went. We highly recommend this place to anyone and likely will return here again if we come back to the area, which we now plan to do.

Very close to the campus, condo is very nicely done. The owners thought of lots of little extras that were nice. Check in was super simple. The other units in the complex were a bit unkempt, but our unit was pristine and super comfortable.

Beach house heaven

We made Randy's beachouse our home base while in Wilmington for a week for a family wedding. We could not have chosen a better place, or a better host. We were near everything - beach, downtown, restaurants, and the wedding venue. Randy was responsive and friendly, and left us lovely arrival gifts. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Would happily stay here again!

Great quiet & cozy location in Wilmington

We are very familiar with Wilmington and have been many times to visit family in the Carolina Beach area. This trip we needed to be close to UNCW for the graduation of my Nephew and for ease of travel for my Father-in-Law. The townhouse was a great central location for easy access to the University, All Beaches, Shopping, Restaurants, and Downtown. It was also nice and quiet for resting after an eventful day! Super clean and cozy and look forward to visiting again!

Lovely home

First thing that stood out to me was the cleanliness and neatness of the property. Everything was organized, easy to find and CLEAN! The family enjoyed the decor. Some loved the beach setting, while others enjoyed the country touch. Overall, everyone was satisfied and enjoyed themselves. Parking was difficult at times as the lines have faded and we couldn't see them well when it was dark but thats not something that can be resolved by the owners. Checking in and out of the property was simple and the instructions were easy to understand. Loved the gifts and the provided guide to the area. Owners were quick to respond with any questions we had too. Will definitely come back here if we're ever in the area.

Spring break get-away

We were in Wilmington to look at a wedding venue for my daughter’s wedding in November. Sea Side Farm House was in the perfect location, halfway between Wrightsville beach and downtown Wilmington. The house was well taken care of and the owners provided all of the necessities and little extras that made you feel very welcomed. It was very comfortable for my husband and three of our adult children. We would highly recommend this property.

Perfect Space, Beautiful Place

This was the perfect place for our family of four adults and "almost" adult. Just a few miles to Downtown Riverwalk and a few miles to the beaches. Wilmington was BEAUTIFUL!! This home is one of the cleanest, loveliest homes we've ever stayed in. We are picky about beds and loved the bed in the master. The host thought of everything and more, including extra toiletries, tons of towels and blankets, extra spices in pantry, tea, coffee, etc....it was just about perfect!

We overall satisfied with our stay at Seaside Farmhouse. The pictures and descriptions on the listing were accurate and we had no issues with the stay. Communication was good with the property owner and any and alll questions we had were answered. The property was clean and well maintained. The only thing that we could say is bring extra laundry items if you plan on doing some laundry during your stay and probably extra toilet paper if you have a group or family with you. The location was conveniently located near the beaches and downtown and we would come back and stay again!

Great place and great location

The townhome had everything we needed for our stay, including linens, towels, bath tissue, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent. There were also nice touches beyond what was needed, like a bottle of wine and K cups for the coffee maker. The house was very clean and comfortable, and it was close to several restaurants, downtown, and beaches. We would definitely stay again.
