HEY SKIERS EN RUITERS !!!
Ik ben net gescheiden na 22 jaar huwelijk en (alles) kreeg ik was dit geweldige ski-huis.
Ik heb het geld nodig dus mijn liefdesverdriet en verlies is jouw overwinning !!
Ik bied het huis aan tegen het laagste tarief in het gebied, zodat ik een klantenkring kan bouwen.
Het huis is lief, warm en comfortabel.  We hebben vaak 2 gezinnen comfortabel laten verblijven. Het ligt op het grootste terrein in Chimney Hill, dus je hebt privacy en het maken of horen van lawaai is geen probleem.
Er is een gastronomische keuken met zitplaatsen voor 10 aan de eettafel, ontbijttafel, gasfornuis en Wolfe-apparaten.  
De rest van het huis is eenvoudig en comfortabel, het voelt alsof je ski thuis weg van huis bent!

Het huis heeft 4 slaapkamers en biedt plaats aan 10 personen. Slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed en een balkon (wat geweldig is voor het zien van beer) en dan zijn er 2 Queen kamers, en een stapelbed kamer voor 4 personen.
De keuken is gevuld met bestek, borden, potten en pannen. Er is een grill en vuurplaats direct naast de keuken. Er is een badkamer op de bovenverdieping met een douche en bad, en een badkamer met een staande douche beneden.

We hebben 2 twee woonkamers: een met een open haard en een andere om op te hangen en films te kijken.   
Als een verhuur binnen Chimney Hill gemeenschap, kunt u genieten van onze inbegrepen voorzieningen - schaatsen, overdekt zwembad, buitenzwembad, een fitnessruimte, een bubbelbad, een clubhuis met speelkamer, basketbalvelden, tennisbanen en een speeltuin.

Er is ook toegang tot verschillende wandelpaden en het VAST-routesysteem van de Chimney Hill-gemeenschap. We zijn minder dan 10 minuten van Main Street in Wilmington, die een verscheidenheid aan zowel gezinsvriendelijke als luxe restaurants herbergt, op 12 minuten van Mt. Sneeuw, 35 minuten van Stratton, 10 minuten naar de Hermitage Club, 35 minuten naar Green Mountain National Forest en binnen 30 minuten van Brattleboro en Bennington!

Just ok

Overall the listing was accurate about being a basic stay. There are no frills to this place. We arrived at night. Place was cold so we lit a fire. The entire house filled with smoke. We did check to see if the flu was open. It was but house continued to fill with smoke. Put out fire and turned on heat . The house is dirty. The fridge was full of food that was rotten or expired. The shower curtain is covered in mold. Dirty floors. The 2nd night there we came home to no heat or hot water or propane to cook. I think this is a regular occurrence because we were told to shower in the clubhouse,light a fire, and that even though the propane is low we should still be able to use the gas stove top. We were told by host that the cleaning crew informed her there was 10% propane left in tank when they cleaned. Don’t think they cleaned it or came there. we ran out of fuel the next day after arriving and I don’t believe they cleaned as there was a bowel movement in the downstairs bathroom when we arrived. Host stated they personally had not been in house for over a month. I’m hoping that’s the case and they just need a new cleaning/maintenance. I hope they sincerely did not know the conditions of their home and rent it to us with our children and elder family members. We did sit in a house at 48 drgrees for a couple hours while waiting for the host the have an emergency company refill the propane. In a positive note. The beds were made nicely with clean linens. Won’t return

Spacious but shabby

Spacious house. Furniture shabby and as another reviewer put it, "bare bones" when we stayed there. The kitchen contradicts the rest of the house and was my favorite room to be in. There is no WiFi or cable TV, but a there is a large TV so bring a Roku or Firestick and use a hot spot if watching a movie is on your agenda. The house wasn't cleaned prior to our arrival but we were aware of this before we got there (just barely). Jenna is supposed to refund the cleaning fee....but haven't received as of this posting. The house was dirty, beyond what I would've expected, so I was very disappointed about that. We were told at the last minute to bring our own sheets, blankets/comforters, towels, wash cloths etc. That was more added stress to my trip. When we got to the house there seemed to be sheets but not enough towels for the amount of people the house accommodates. So I would clarify what to bring with the property manager. Definitely not a break for me (I was looking forward to relaxing, I didn't, at all!) Chimney Hill has a lot of nice amenities but this house is not near the main housing area. It's very dark and lots of steep hills and easy to get lost or turned around. GPS was inconsistent. We had a mishap with car falling into a culvert on a private drive (again, wrong turn in dark of night), while trying to get to the pool (did I mention not a relaxing trip for me?) If you can explore the neighborhood during daylight hours, especially if you want to use the pool/club house, I recommend doing so. We had trouble getting wood stove to work properly and hot water didn't last more than 30 seconds. There are more than a few quirks to this house but if you just desire a crash space for mountain time, then this house should be fine for you. I think Jenna is still working out kinks with renting this house, but I've already noticed that more recent pictures have been added to the post since our stay there 2 weeks ago. When I rented the place, the post and pictures were entirely different. I'm hoping that our stay here and all the calamities associated with it were one time unfortunate things. This house is not set up like a hotel so if you are looking for that, look elsewhere. Good but shabby crash pad for younger adults maybe without kids.

No Heat! No Hot Water!

The house is bare bones, you need to bring everything with you including linens, towels, etc. The kitchen is really nice with room for 8-10 people. There are also four bedrooms as described. Unfortunately, when my guests and I stayed there was No heat and no hot water! 50 degrees, and only one space heater working. HomeAway tried and was unsuccessful in finding my guests and I different lodging, so we had to stay in the freezing house. Unacceptable! Speaking to the owner, Jenna, she didn’t know much about her property and it’s issues, and gave us the run around with heating oil, cleaning people, etc. As a previous reviewer wrote, she did however refund us for these major inconveniences. The house has a lot of potential and is very close to the ski resort. Hope the owner figures it out!

Great Ski House , close to Mt Snow

This house is very comfortable and had everything needed for a long ski weekend. The kitchen , fireplace room and living room were all spacious. Bedrooms are all as described and plenty of room for our group. 12 mins to Mt Snow and plenty of restaurants nearby. Jenna was GREAT at communicating with us before, during and after our trip. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Simple Cozy Cabin, Close to Skiing

This cabin is very bare bones, but as long as you go in knowing that, it's great! We were a group in our 20s and were content. Kitchen is very modern and nice. Large table for 10 and new appliances. No microwave. Turn the gas on by using the red lever under the stove. TV room has a nice tv. No wifi or cable but we got a Fire Stick to work fine with a phone hot spot. Living room is comfortable. Only seats about 4 people but you could move a couch from the TV room. Fire place was wonderful and kept the room plenty warm. Bring your own wood! Upstairs bedrooms can fit 8 people and another 2 people downstairs. No linens and very few blankets. Bring your own!! The house has neighbors but felt secluded. The club house is 5 minute drive away. We never used it because we were happy in the cabin. Downtown is about 5-10 minutes and we were able to get an uber into town. Jenna is nice and I suggest you communicate via text and call for last minute needs. Overall, wonderful ski trip with friends. We ran into some issues with heating and hot water but Jenna refunded us and was very responsive to us our entire trip.
