'Adorable craftsman apartment with a great layout. We loved how the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the unit — it worked perfectly for our group, especially with a 22-month-old and a few snorers. 'First this place is convenient for being right downtown Sac. There is adequate parking. The bbq was not user friendly. The neighborhood is quiet at night. However, my sister did have to go spend about 150 on cleaning supplies as the floors and countertops (which are wrapped in a plastic wrap with a design) were dirty. The floor in one shower the paint was peeling back. There is no washer as stated..it is a coin op down the street which had no working washing machines and no soap to wash if...

'Very charming guest house with all the comforts of living, the Chess Board table is so cool with real chess pieces and checkers. The house was comfortable, simple yet modern. The shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and hand soap smelled AMAZING. Definitely no need to bring your own. We brought our 2 little dogs who enjoyed the yard. The bed was very comfortable. It was a great stay, grocery store was right across the street. It was located 5 minutes from my conference. Excellent stay!'

'The cottage is perfect for two people. My husband and I enjoyed are stay. Very private and perfect for a quick get away to attend a wedding. The back yard was well kept and we saw rabbits and birds in the morning. Very charming. One tip for the ladies, the bathroom area is not lit very well. It was so fun being within walking distance to the State Capitol building and historic Old Town Sacramento- all within 1/2 mile max!This home is decorated so classy and comfortable with fun pops of color in the artwork! 'Gorgeous, isolated chateau surrounded by Lodi Wine country. Home was large, spacious, and immaculate. Well appointed home even with separate wine and champagne glasses!! Dream kitchen, and even in the bunk-room there were high end memory foam beds. Backyard was spectacular with poor, spa, and pickleball court all in good working order. Fire pit and covered al-fresco dining area were bonuses! Among the best places I have stayed, and I have rented >20 homes over the last few years….'
