Evergreen Modern Cabin is on private acreage several driveways away from our Luxury RV Park and Farmhouse Cottages. It is very quiet and secluded, close to but facing away from Northstar and Wildbird Modern Cabins.

Plan to relax and rejuvenate while staying in Evergreen. Imagine sipping freshly brewed coffee on the front porch, admiring the Hill Country forest and canyon view. While some folks stay here to get away from it all, it’s only a five minute drive along the Blanco River into town for shops, restaurants, and activities. When you return for the evening, kick back and savor the stargazing. Wimberley is an International Dark Sky Community with a very exciting night skies. We love summer nights listening to cicadas and whippoorwills and winter nights with total silence. Enjoy the plush furnishings and decor in our modern cabin. Evergreen is bright and cozy with a well-appointed, full kitchen - a real luxury retreat.

Pet policy:

Friendly small dogs, under 35lbs are welcome! 

Two dogs max. We must be notified that you are bringing your dog and there is a standard $50 per pet fee. They must be on leash and with you outside. Absolutely no animals are allowed in the pool complex.

Occasionally, we do make exceptions for larger dogs for certain circumstances and breeds. This request must be pre-arranged. It’s important to know that our property is NOT fenced. Pet owners of approved larger dogs must plan to take their dogs with them on outings and/or bring a crate for them to be in if ever left unattended. Aggressive dogs, XL breeds, and other animals can not be accommodated.

Evergreen is our only pet-friendly modern cabin. Jackrabbit and Summermoon are also pet-friendly.

Rules:

You must review the rental agreement prior to booking.

Check-in is anytime after 4PM and check out by 11AM.

Self check-in with keypad; code will be sent to you prior to check-in.

Quiet hours are 10PM to 8AM.

No smoking, parties, or events.

Parking for two vehicles only.

-We do not permit guests or vehicles not on the reservation. If you plan to have a friend visit, please get our permission in advance.

-Please follow the posted house rules.

-Upon check-out, please turn off all lights/fans, take bagged trash to the dumpster at the property entrance, and wash dishes.
