This incredible vacation getaway features a LAGOON STYLE POOL/SPA and a MOVIE THEATER with seating for up to 7. Sip your favorite wine by the pool and enjoy lush grounds and tons of lighting surrounding the pool for swimming after the sun goes down. Inside this 3141 sq ft home, you'll find 5 bedrooms with one downstairs and 3.5 baths, nicely furnished and decorated. Just minutes from Wine Country, golf courses, shopping, and more. THE SPACE

The backyard oasis and movie theater are the highlights of this Temecula area retreat. We used to live in this home and made a lot of memories there. This home accommodates up to 10 guests and the perfect location for your visit to Wine Country. Downstairs, there is a bedroom with queen bed plus bunk beds with an attached private 3/4 bath. Upstairs, you'll find a large king primary bedroom suite and 3 more bedrooms. Nicely decorated and very comfortable.. There is a 60" smart TV in the family room, as well as smaller TV's in 2 other bedrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need should you decide to cook a delicious meal. Out back there is a patio set, with seating for 6 and a bbq gas grill. There are several games included in the closet and books and toys for the little ones. Super fast wifi too... enjoy your stay!

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have access to the entire home and backyard. Garage access is not included but there is room for up to 6 cars in the driveway.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

For those traveling with little ones, just let us know and we'd be happy to supply a pack n play, high chair, baby gate, and a stroller. Please request from the host when booking your stay.

Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am and all outside lighting will turn off at 10pm. Please no parties or events as this is a quiet family neighborhood. Noise violations and parties will result in the guest being asked to leave the property without refund as well as a substantial fine.

The spa can be heated at no cost for up to 3 hours per day. It's operated remotely by the owner so just send a message with a little bit of notice with the timeframe you'd like the spa heated. The spa can be heated longer for an additional fee. The pool stays pretty warm during the summer but can be heated with minimum 24 hours notice. The cost will vary depending on the time of year and requested water temperature, typically between $50-250/day. Discounts may be given for multiple consecutive days of heating. During the summer, the pool can reach temps naturally in the high 80's so most guests don't request heating. During winter, the water gets pretty chilly and most will not want to swim without heating the pool so they tend to use the spa more.

There is a road behind the home but not a main road and you do get the occasional loud vehicle that may bother sensitive sleepers. We do have a security camera and video doorbell out front and another out back. They are not monitored and are only there for safety purposes in the event of an accident or violation.

Please note that by booking this property, you agree to follow all house rules and check out instructions. Breaking house rules or failing to follow checkout instructions will result in additional charges. Unapproved late checkout will be charged at $50 for every 30 minutes past checkout time. Our checkout instructions are pretty simple and easy.

Please note that while we do allow pets, you must add your pet to your reservation and pay the pet fee. Please make sure to dispose of any pet feces prior to checking out. Pets must be kept off the furniture and carpet. A pet gate will be included to keep them off of the carpeted areas upstairs. When away from the house, please make sure to crate your pets. If a pet is brought to the property that is not on the reservation, the pet fee will be doubled and charged after your stay.

The TV's have Roku streaming so you'll need to login to your favorite apps since there is no local cable. Any other requests, just ask. If there is anything you need to make your stay more comfortable, please message us and we will respond quickly.

Need early check in or late checkout, just ask. Please keep in mind that our booking calendar can be unpredictable so we may not be able to confirm the availability of early check in or late checkout until 48 hours prior to your arrival or departure.
