ABOUT THIS SPACE

Just 10 minutes on back roads to Temecula's Wine Country & close to golf, shopping, Lake Skinner, motorcycle tracks & Pechanga Casino. The home is nicely decorated and well stocked with everything you need WITH LEVEL 2 EV CHARGING UPON REQUEST. Located in a quiet neighborhood with over 2600 sq feet of living space. Perfect for wine tasting adventures, bridal parties, or whatever it is that brings you and your family into town. Feel free to bring your fur baby and enjoy your stay.

THE SPACE

Make yourself at home in our 5 bedroom getaway just 12 minutes to Wine Country. Room for the whole family with five bedrooms (one downstairs with full bath) which comfortably sleep up to 10 guests. There are smart TV's in the family room and primary bedroom. Nicely decorated and very comfortable with new paint and flooring throughout. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need should you decide to cook a delicious meal. Out back there is a patio set with 6 chairs, sitting area, bbq grill, and fire pit. There are many family games provided as well as a foosball table. Super fast wifi too... enjoy your stay!

Guests have access to the entire home and backyard.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

For those traveling with little ones, just let us know and we'd be happy to supply a pack n play, high chair, baby gate, and a stroller. An airbed can also be provided. Please give some notice as these items are shared over two different properties and we need to make sure they're available.

We're pet friendly and do have a fully fenced backyard with a grass area on the side yard. The neighboring homes do have dogs that like to bark at other dogs so please make sure to supervise your pets when out back.

Need early checkin or late checkout, just ask. Please keep in mind that our booking calendar can be unpredictable so we may not be able to confirm the availabity of early checkin or late checkout until 48 hours prior to your arrival or departure. When early checkin is possible, here are the fees.

Note that all TV's have a Roku device for streaming but there is no cable box for local TV. You'll want to login to your favorite apps such as Netflix, Disney Plus, Amazon Prime, etc. The family room fireplace is decorative and usage is not included.

This is a quiet residential community. We invite you to enjoy yourself outdoors but ask that you be respectful to the neighbors be keeping the noise level to a minimum during sleeping hours. Guests are fine but please no parties and make sure to notify the host of additional daytime guests.

Our stay at this VRBO home near Temecula was absolutely wonderful! With 7 adults and 2 babies, we had plenty of space to relax and enjoy a stress-free wedding week. The home was well-stocked with all the essentials, and we especially appreciated the access to a stroller, high chair, and travel crib—such a thoughtful touch for families traveling with little ones.The host was fantastic—quick to respond and even accommodated an early check-in, which made our arrival so much smoother. The location was perfect, just 15 minutes from Temecula, making it easy to access the wedding venue and local attractions. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for an easy and enjoyable stay.We highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a comfortable and family-friendly stay in the area. We had a great experience!

This property was in close proximity to the wedding venue at one of the wineries and was convenient going to and from. The property was large and provided more than enough room for all of us. The neighborhood was quiet and located close enough to shopping centers and restaurants. Overall this was a great get away and this house made it feel like home. Thank you.

We are a family of 5 in town for kids soccer games. This house was a perfect home base that was fairly close to the fields and good restaurants. The house was very clean. The kids enjoyed the foosball table and board games. Only downside were the neighbors dogs that were let out at 6:30 and barked at anything passing by. Sadly, sleeping in was not an option.

We loved this house. It was very spacious and had everything we needed. Clean and well equipped. Great location near the wineries which is very nice! The host, Chris was amazing!! He got back to us in minutes with any questions we had and was so helpful!!! We have stayed in a lot of rentals and this was the best service that we have ever experienced. I highly recommend this property to anyone that wants a 5 star experience. Chris went above and beyond our expectations!!

Chris was an amazing host! We had no small children so our stay was perfect and amazing! Comfortable beds and very spacious home!!! I’m a local resident and this home absolute perfect for my family and friends! Amazing time! We will be a rerun guest for sure!!
