A short drive and you can ski/board the hills of Panorama Mountain Resort. Enjoy hiking, biking, & golfing almost all year round.

Guest Rental Agreement & ID Verification Required for our property.

All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.

The Hideaways offers sport courts including basketball and pickle ball, green space for your own fun, and a play structure for little ones. When you’re ready to cool off, take the pathway (7 min walk) that leads you down to Windermere lake + the beach to jump in for a swim!

Clean, modern finishing’s and decor greet you as you enter. Vaulted ceilings and an abundance of South windows allow natural light to adorn the main floor and offer captivating views of the surrounding mountains; often producing stunning sunsets.

La Villetta is perfect for gathering with friends/family with the open concept living + dining + kitchen allowing space for everyone to be comfortable.

You will love lounging in the cozy living space after a long day; visiting and enjoying the views or catching up on your favourite Netflix shows on the 65” Smart TV.

Enjoy prepared feasts or family games night in the separate dining area with seating for 7 or on the patio.

Always the heart of the home, the kitchen has all the essentials to make your stay easy and effortless. Cooking + bbq tools, dishes & utensils (kids too!), wine glasses, drinking glasses, toaster, espresso machine, Keurig, pots/pans, knives, cutting boards, S&P, condiments, etc! The large quartz island offers counter space for prep, as well as seating for four.

The large south deck is just off the living/dining space where you will find the BBQ or where you can relax on the patio set and enjoy the sunshine and views!

Bedroom 1
The primary bedroom is located on the main level and is complete with a king size bed with comfy linens, 4 pillows, extra blankets, and a walk-in closet + cheater door to the 4pc main floor bath.

Bedroom 2
The ‘kids’ room has a set of bunks beds + single bed, sleeping 3 comfortably. Cozy linens & some books give a little taste of home.

Bedroom 3
The lower level has been transformed into a third sleeping area with queen sized bed and 4 pc bathroom. A washer and dryer is also available with laundry detergent for your use.

Bed 4
The living room couch pulls out to make a 5th bed which could sleep another two comfortably.

All guests must complete an ID verification, in order to receive Arrival Instructions.

Minutes to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants in Invermere + Radium. Radium Hot Springs and Fairmont Hot Springs just a short drive.

You will have entire private access to the property.

For patio or balcony access, please use caution and avoid fully closing the doors, as they may lock automatically behind you.
Arrival instructions to check in are made available only after guests complete the pre-arrival online check-in which includes a rental agreement and Identification Verification. Guests who book and do not complete this step will not receive arrival instructions or a refund. These requirements are on a third-party web based platform that is easy to use and not require any apps to be downloaded. It is very nice, easy and user friendly.

This home supplies access through a third-party application linked to the doors lock. If guest verification steps are not completed, access is provided only through this third-party phone application. There is no other way to other the home.

PLEASE NOTE HOUSE RULES :
1. No parties or events allowed.
2. No smoking allowed. Any remnants or smell left behind will result in a $500 fine charged to your Airbnb account.
3. No pets allowed.
4. No unregistered guests allowed.
5. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
6. Please respect noise levels and noise curfew. 10PM on weekends and 9PM on weekdays.
7. Please respect Check-in & Check-out times.
8. Please take care of your keys. Lost Keys incur a replacement cost.
9. Please take care of the furnishings. You must pay for any damages caused.
10. Please do not rearrange the furniture.
11. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. You will be asked to leave with no refund.
12. Please DO NOT take towels home after your stay. Any missing towels will be charged to your account.
13. Please do not have any mail, packages, or documents sent to our property. If you require something of this nature during your stay inquire with us first.
14. If any items are left behind there is $50 charge for having it shipped back to you for postage and Staff time/efforts.
