They were able to get us checked in (early) and gave us some great recommendations for local bars/restaurants. The hotel was beautiful and a great location to Uptown and concert venues. Our room was clean with very cold A/C. Bedding and pillows were very comfortable!! We will definitely be back for a future stay. '

'Room was very nice and clean. Ideal for close proximity to UAB-Highlands. The only problem I had is the key card lock on my hotel room door. I had the hardest time getting in twice to the point where I thought that the key had demagnetized and had them reprogram the key. That was frustrating since I was on the fifth floor, but overall, I would definitely stay again.'

The only downside was she was the only one stationed in the restaurant: she took orders, cooked, and bussed tables. I felt bad for her! It was 30min before she could get to us, but that’s not her fault.
The valet service was quick and pleasant. There’s plenty of quirk and fun in 5 Points South. '

Breakfast was also basic with scrambled eggs and sausage patties. You could either make a sandwich or just plate the food. Also had a pancake machine. All in all a very good Breakfast to start the day. I would stay there again 😀'
