Prachtig gebouwd nieuw huis in 2019 op een landgoed met een prachtig uitzicht op de bergen en uitzicht op de paardenboerderij. Grote open plattegrond met gewelfde plafonds. Prachtig uitzicht vanuit de gehele woonkamer beneden, eetkamer en keuken. Grote stenen vloer open haard uit de woonkamer, keuken en eetkamer. Groot kookeiland met stoelen voor een informeel diner, granieten aanrecht overal. Alle roestvrijstalen apparaten, gefilterd bronwater op koelkastdeur, en alle keukenbenodigdheden inbegrepen. Een grote slaapkamer met een kingsize bed en een spectaculair hoofdbad. Een grote slaapkamer met een queensize bed en een ruim bad. Een slaapkamer met een stapelbed en een opklapbare slaapbank om comfortabel plaats te maken aan 4 personen, met een complete badkamer uit de slaapkamer. Een mooie ruime tv loft met uitzicht op de spectaculaire open haard en open woonkamer met een uittrekbare queen size bed. Een groot dek met een adembenemend uitzicht op een grote vijver en een paardenboerderij met het serene idyllische gebergte op de achtergrond.

Het pand ligt op een korte 2 minuten rijden naar het centrum van de stad, waar u een brede selectie van heerlijke restaurants en winkels zult vinden. Ski Windham ligt op 5 minuten rijden en Hunter Mt skigebied ligt op 15 minuten rijden. Er is een ruime keuze aan wandelpaden voor een winterwandeling of om te wandelen. Er is een prachtige selectie van golfbanen allemaal binnen een paar minuten rijden van het huis. Als je zin hebt in een Waterpark-ervaring met de familie, is het Zoom Flume Waterpark een korte 10 minuten rijden, of je kunt een korte 25 minuten rijden naar North Lake & South Lake voor een kajak of kano-ervaring, of gewoon op de strand met een prachtige bergketen om je heen. Er zijn veel mooie wandelpaden met uitzicht op de waterval en een spectaculair 5-uitzicht op de staat met uitzicht op de rivier de Hudson allemaal binnen 25 minuten rijden van uw ontspannende berg thuis weg van huis.

Fall foliage

The perfect fall getaway. Beautiful home with amazing mountain views. Conveniently close to Main Street and Windham Mountain ski area. Great communication throughout, and the house was wonderful. Highly recommend. We will be back!!

Great, Again!

We selected this house, in large part, because we stayed here before – a month in 2020. After that month, I gave the house a 5 rating. Four years later, the house is still a 5. Why? Check-In – easy instructions and well in advance. Location – Windham is a great town, and the house might be in the most peaceful and comfortable setting. The House – open space, high ceilings, air conditioning, spotless, and everything you need (from towels, toiletries, clean sheets to a fully stocked kitchen). The host – Ray is not just a great host (two times over) but is a super nice person. From the restaurant selections, the bottle of wine (a Brunello di Montalcino), the extra coffee mugs to putting us up in a hotel (a blackout knocked out power for some time), Ray was, and is, the consummate host. When you add it all up, we had a great two weeks and if there’s a third time, you know where we’ll be.

Perfect for A Fall Getaway!

This house was perfect for our family Fall getaway to see the changing of the leaves! The house is spacious, beautifully clean, very comfortable and cozy, and the views from the living room are incredible. It’s only 5 minutes from Windham and 20 from Hunter, which was very convenient for activities and meals. Ray was an amazing host as well! He was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We loved that he provided us with a long list of restaurants, grocery shopping, hiking and entertainment recommendations since we were not familiar with the area. We are already planning on coming back this winter and/or next Fall!

Stunning Mountain House!

This house is incredibly beautiful! It is larger than it appears, feels brand new, sparkling clean, and beautifully decorated. Ray was a fantastic host who not only provided prompt assistance when I had questions, but who gave so many wonderful recommendations for things to do and places to eat while in Windham. A great place to stay in Windham

We spent a great month here! The view of the mountains and the night sky from the deck is breathtaking. The house looks even nicer in person than in the pictures. It gets lots of sunlight, is very spacious and nicely decorated. It is also in a well located and peaceful area and if you have small children, they will fall in love with the Vidbel Mountain Homestead, a farm which is just steps away from the house. We are really happy we chose this house for our stay in Windham and must say that Ray, who manages the property, went out of his way to assist us when we needed help. We can't wait to come back!

Relaxing cabin for Christmas

My extended family spent Christmas at the cabin, and it was a great location with a great host! The house was spacious and comfortable, including for our three kids under 3. The host shared some great tips for places in town, which was a short drive down the hill. Highly recommended!

Family weekend get-together in Catskill, NY

We had a great time at the house. The location was very nice, quite and beautiful. Check in process was very convenient. House amenities were good. Just a small suggestion, few things were not there like Bath soap, shampoo, kitchen hand soap, scrubber and hair dryer. There was leftover food in the microwave and the liquid hand soaps in the bathrooms was less and not re-filled. It would have helped if the list of amenities included or not included were mentioned in the property listing details . Overall Stay was very comfortable and rest everything was good.

Summer getaway

Beautiful new property, with great views and location. The house is only a few minutes from town and easy to get to. The openness of the first floor with the huge windows makes it feel huge. The deck is great as well, with a sitting space as well as an eating area. There is plenty of room outside for lawn games as well. The night sky is awesome to view from the deck. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! This is an amazing house, beautiful views, peaceful and great location! It was very clean and comfortable. Perfect getaway

We loved staying at this beautiful home for our girls' getaway! Downtown Windham is super close along with some great hiking and waterfalls/swimming holes! The home was spotless and definitely brand new with all the kitchen necessitites, linens, fluffy towels, On the hottest weekend of the year, the home stayed cool despite having an alternate and unique cooling method! The owner ran out to grab multiple fans to keep the spot extra cool. So so sweet. We were so comfortable we cancelled dinner reservations, ordered pizza and hung out at the house. Thanks so much! We were so happy!
