The only issue we experienced was that VRBO said check-out was 12:00 pm but the property manager said it was 10:00 am. We barely checked out in time due to the discrepancy. The VRBO info should be updated.

Great condo
Great condo to stay in near Healdsburg. We were 10 to 15 minutes from the wineries we were visiting and 10 minutes to downtown Healdsburg. Great place, will definitely stay here again.

Nice clean resort with good amenities but have to pay for WiFi
The resort was very nice with good pools. The suite was clean and had all the amenities. The issue we had was that we were told that WiFi was included but we still had to pay for WiFi. That is bad business practice and we believe that the amount charged should be refunded

This property has been refreshed recently. The rooms are sound proof. Perfect place with room to social distance in and out. Owner was extremely responsive and proactive regarding fires in the area. Will book again with them.

Great for Weekend Get Away
Cqme to Sonoma for a friends Founders Club - wine dinner and Harvest Festival. Location was within 2 miles of his vineyard and literally around the corner from the new Russian River brewery. Very convenient to the freeway as well. Overall unit was great - staff even fixed the second bedroom so it had a double vs two twin beds. Actually wish I could have stayed another day or two as i did not get to take advantage of any of the activities/amenities on the property.

Clean apartment in a well-kept complex
Our group of two couples enjoyed our 1-night stay at this 2-bedroom 2-bath apartment, located on the 3rd floor of a Marriott-owned resort complex with hot tubs and pools and other amenities scattered around. The location is within 10 minutes drive of downtown Healdsburg with its wineries and restaurants. The owners were efficient to deal with via email, and the front desk staff at the resort were very friendly when handing over our keys. The apartment itself is clean and fully furnished, with a full kitchen plus an outdoor grill, which we made use of! One item we would have appreciated more of is spa towels. There are two bedrooms (and 4 of us), but we only found two beach/spa towels, located in the cabinet in the master bedroom only. So two of us had to use the standard bathroom towels to use at the pool outside, and then wait for them to dry before using them after our showers!

So glad you had a great experience with the resort staff and that the condo was clean and meet your expectations. The condo should have had addditional towels, but for future stays, the front desk will gladly bring you additional towels. We hope to have you book with us again.

Wonderful 10 days in Wine Country!
The condo we stayed in was exactly what we needed. Lots of room, well equipped and in a great location. The property was very well maintained and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub almost every evening after a day of exploring and wine tasting. The staff were very helpful and friendly and I was extremely impressed with the way the entire property was managed. We hope to return.

Beautiful place, great location around many fantastic wineries
Logan was great to work with! We were with my parents and our two young kids and we all had very good time. The kids spent hours at the pool and the club house, and I was able to get a few work outs in the early morning. Upon Logan’s recommendation we did a wine a food pairing at Kendall Jackson which was about 7 minutes drive away. There was also a lovely garden to explore after the wine tasting. It was a great experience all around!

Spectacular location with exceptional host & accommodations!
My trip from start to finish was beyond 5-Stars. I could not imagine any event occurring that would have made it more memorable. I reached out to Logan and Trish as we’d never been to Wine Country before hoping to get a few inside tips. They were able to give me a quick rundown of the local wine regions and provided a few local websites for more detail. A few days before we arrived they emailed me a list of wineries that would provide us free tastings just for booking with them. Trish even shared with me a few of her personal favorites based on the types of wines my husband and I love (Pinot and Zin). We were only able to make it to three by the end of the day, but each was a great experience. Checking in at the resort was top notch. We arrived to the resort a few hours before our check in time hoping the condo might be ready early. Unfortunately, it was still being cleaned, however, the front desk offered to hold our luggage so we could explore the surrounding area. They phoned us a few hours later letting us know the condo was ready and the keys would be waiting for us when we returned. Jonathan was very thorough in describing the resort’s beautiful grounds and amenities. The condo was a place we could have easily stayed for weeks. The 2 bedroom condo was clean and well stocked, almost like being at home. There were even towels specifically for the pools and hot tubs under the bathroom sink. The living room was comfortable and had a gas fireplace by the tv which created a very cozy movie night. The kitchen was surprisingly well stocked and my husband made great use of the pots and pans when whipping up breakfast. I greatly appreciated the text message we received from Trish and Logan making sure we had gotten settled. We will definitely be returning, hopefully for longer next time, and look forward to working with Trish and Logan again.

Disorganized & Dorm Room Chic
We stayed at this rental this past weekend. We stay at a lot of VRBO's and I have to say, if this had been my first experience, I would have NEVER done it again. It is part of a Wyndham property, which was fine, but you have to go through a check in process. THis typically takes a few minutes, however, the owner had not put our name on our reservation so they could not find us. When we mentioned his name, the staff rolled their eyes, and said "this happens all the time with his rentals." The woman working with us put us in a condo that had people in it allready, so we ended up going back to the front desk where they had to call the owner which took ANOTHER 30 minutes to straighten it. The manager came out, apologized, and repeated that this happens all the time with his rentals. She then gave my husband the owners number and said we should call him to work it out. It would have been fine, except for when we go into our condo it was nothing short of a dorm room. (For the same price we had rented a beautiful home in Napa.)The beds were very hard mattresses, the rooms were barely furnished with the bare minimum uncomfortable chairs. It was a disappointment from start to finish. The pictures don't portray what it looks like. If it had we would not have stayed there. We have been very fortunate to stay in wonderful places. This was something that hadn't been updated since the mid 70's. I typically will take these up the owner. I did, and he felt like it was the fault of the Wyndham. We have been involved with other Wyndham owners before and know the process. This was all on him. That coupled with how overpriced and uncomfortable this condo was means I would not recommend it to anyone.

Great location nice, friendly workers, nice and HUGE rooms. Perfect. Plus they were hosting several out of town firefighters and emergency personnel helping get the fires of 2017 out. (No smoke smells and very safe).

Lots of nice amenities for a family getaway
We stayed with another family for the weekend and the resort offered alot more things to do than a hotel. Of course, the extra space and a kitchen was great too. The main pool was an amazingly comfortable temperature. Noise insulation from the outside and other units could be improved, as there were people moving around and talking in the middle of the night and the knives were super dull. Otherwise, it was great place to get away!

We were greeted by a friendly, well prepared staff who were there for all our needs. The condo was clean, spacious and simply perfect for our stay. Loved the patio and sitting area, super clean kitchen and all the beds were comfortable, especially the murphy bed!! The location could not have been better for our wine country vacation. We would definitely stay here again. Arranging our visit with the VRBO owner was easy and worry free!

Everything was perfect
We spent nearly a week in this condo--enjoying all the events surrounding our son's wedding. The accommodations were perfect! There is even a first morning's supply of coffee, tea and hot chocolate waiting! The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need to eat three meals a day--though we only scrambled an egg or two. The resort itself is delightful...pools and hot tubs handy and well maintained (as well as a fitness center, business center, pools tables, etc.). Most impressive is Logan's attentiveness and thoughtfulness. He called us the week before our stay began and was available for any question we had when we arrived (only one about the ice maker...someone else could have figured it out for him/herself). We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect location for day trips throuout Sonoma and Napa counties.
We arrived late, the front desk was more than helpful, even stopping a conversation with another guest to check us in. The accommodations were as promised, everything was spotless, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen well equipped. The first morning we all gathered around the fireplace with our coffee enjoying the birds chirping and veiwing hot air balloons from our deck. We stayed 2 nights, spending the day between Sonoma and Napa before stopping at Trader Joes in Santa Rosa for groceries for dinner. The kitchen had everything we needed from pizza tray to corkscrew. I would recommend the Windsor Windham for anyone who likes more space than a traditional motel room, it is easily accessible from Hwy 101, and close to everything!

Wasn't sure how this was going to work out. Brought my mom out to visit a few friends and to enjoy the country side. I had no idea it would be so wonderful. 2 bedrooms to 2baths were definitely what I was looking for because I had some friends with us for this trip. I would definitely go back here.

Excellent Experience!!!
I can not speak high enough about this location and the property staff on site and even more so about the owner :-) This owner went above and beyond to make sure my stay was excellent.... I was in town for business and needed to make cookies for a event and Logan was nice enough to bring two cookie sheets to me and leave at the front desk, which really just made my life so much easier. The staff was welcoming from the beginning and throughout my stay. The location was peaceful and quiet and a nice get away after a stressful day working on the road. I can not recommend this property and owner enough ... If you want the best stay in the Santa Rosa Windsor area this is the only place to stay !! I will return time and time again ...... Excellent Experience!!!! Thanks Logan for making work seem like a vacation for a few days :-)

Wonderful home base for a stay in Santa Rosa!
This is a great condo for a family or group of friends. Our kids were participating in a bike ride fundraiser in Santa Rosa. We were pleasantly surprised by the comfort and amenities of this condo. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the grounds were beautiful. Parking was convenient and close to the condo. I was thrilled that I was able to quickly shop at a nearby grocery (they provided excellent directions), prepare a huge meal, and serve all the members of my family within two hours after arriving on a Friday evening in August. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub after their 34 mile bike ride. Check-in and check-out were easy. If you do not wish to participate in the sales presentation by the condo reps, no problem--just let them know!

Very comfortable and great location!
We stayed here for six nights for Ironman Vineman. It had a lot for the kids to do, and it's on mile 53 and 109 of the bike course, so your family can see you ride by twice while staying in the comfort of the condo. The wifi was pretty spotty and you have to deal with the condo people at the front desk wanting to give you a "welcome packet", but we were able to avoid it. If you like wine tasting, there are wineries everywhere and, to cool down, head to the Ocean, just 45 minutes away. The unit needed a pizza cutter and ice cream scoop, but it had everything else, including sample spices. Trader Joe's is a 10 minute drive away to stock up on essentials. We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient location. For reference, we are a family of four.

Location is near wineries, and Healdsburg is just 10 min away. Although Uber is hard to get, town is close by. Nice condo with plenty of space. Ground floor unit was nice to be able to walk right out to pool area. Grounds are nice and club room has pool tables, and area for bar-b-q. Would visit again!
