'I booked a double room. Picture shows two beds for this room. Since I was bringing my son on this trip I needed the second bed. I arrive and they tell me I booked the wrong room as this room only has a double bed. Which is equivalent to a queen bed. Last time I checked beds were King , Queen , Full and Twin size. 'The hotel is about 5 minutes from Bradley. I arrived at 11 pm and waited only 5 or 10 minutes for the shuttle. This is a typical Springhill with a large room. The property is clean and well-maintained. The staff was helpful and courteous. Breakfast is a typical Springhill breakfast with a mixture of hot and cold items. My only complaint is with the shuttle pick up to the airport. I signed up for a 9:55 am pick up. At 10:10, I asked the desk if the shuttle was on the way. They called and then...
