'Spacious family room and kitchen! The bedrooms and bathrooms are nicely decorated; mattresses, pillows and duvet very comfortable. This is a quiet street with no road noise. I've stayed in many vrbo's in which the directions for how to use things, how to lock the door, how to clean up afterward are overly complicated. This home has a simple entry and exit, light switches are marked and the property manager is very attentive should a question arise. I highly recommend this property!!'

'This property was just what I needed for the 5 days of training I had in near-by Sebastopol. After a full day I was so thankful to return to the quiet, comfortable and peaceful apartment to make dinner and rest. The couch was my favorite, so cozy! The kitchen was stocked well enough for simple meals and even had a little toaster oven! There was a little trouble getting into the house but Cynthia was quick to get back to me and get me inside. 'We had a great time. It did make us a little nervous on the windy road getting there but once we were there it was so great. There is a dirt drive way that has an incline so it made it hard backing up our boat the truck was sliding. The next day when we were taking the boat to get inspected after words we didn’t launch it at the house. We launched it at a boat launch across the lake. 'The house was well appointed, on the lake, AC was on and the Bass were bighting. The communication was great throughout the entirety of our stay and everyone had a great time. I think I set the record on GalagaWill be back for some big ones during spawning. '

'Great accommodations and convenient location to Santa Rosa, Sebastopol, etc. Impeccably clean and completely remodeled. Nice outdoor area with grill, fire pit, ping pong table and seating for end of day chilling. All kitchen amenities including coffee for am wake-up. Water pressure in shower was amazing. Road up to house is a bit gnarly the first time up before you get your bearings. All check in information available a day in advance. Would definitely be back for another stay.'
