My only conundrum is that in my room, I could hear an echo from surrounding rooms. 3 nights in there was a child who would wake up all hours of the night and it's voice would echo through the balcony. Once that tenant was gone, it was extremely quiet. We did make a suggestion as well to have at least one full length mirror...

Solo un detalle a considerar, yo viajo en moto y la verdad me siento inseguro al dejar mi moto en un área de estacionamiento “general”, ya que al entrar a la plaza las motos no pagan (lo cual puede ser bueno), pero no dan boleto de entrada, lo cual hace vulnerable a que cualquiera pueda salir con cualquier moto. Como sugerencia, deberían de asignar una res especial para huéspedes, donde haya una guardia permanente (así lo hace fiesta americana). Espero...

'We had a lovely stay at the Isabella by Viadora. We rented the "Exclusive Apartment" (3 bedroom, 3 bath) for two weeks over the summer and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The apartment was even better than advertised (which almost never happens!) and we were so happy with our decision to rent there. We've stayed in Polanco previously at a major hotel, and it was so nice to have a boutique experience with all of the major amenities of a hotel.
