'Expedia did not represent this hotel well, at all! Our room looked NOTHING like the picture and was NOT worth what I paid for it. The price did NOT match what we got. Also, it was supposed to have a view. When we opened the drapes, it was a construction site full of workers. We couldn’t ever open the drapes so it stayed very dark like a dungeon. When we were trying to rest, all you could hear was banging and hammering, drilling and construction site noise. The location was good, the staff was...

'I don’t think Expedia represented this hotel well. The room did not look like what was pictured or reserved. However, the staff here is very attentive and work very hard for you. My biggest issue was the smoking!!! Cigarette smoking absolutely destroys a hotel room! It’s disgusting and hotel management must realize that guests have health issues that cannot tolerate cigarette smoke. Once a room is smoked in, it’s ruined. This hotel was mostly clean, the staff was great, the location is very...

'Great hotel! Undergoing certain renovations currently (summer 2026) that i wish i knew about beforehand (pool was closed - spa options were sparse, construction workers around etc.) but the staff is EXCELLENT. very helpful. 24/7 valet that was a Godsend. your classic great hotel but make it smaller and cozier, plus more creative. overall we had a great stay.'
