2024 EAA - Sunset on the Lake

We are only 25 minutes away from EAA. Our home is only available for those working or attending EAA. You can enjoy a beautiful sunset on the lake after a long day. Our cottage type home has plenty of beds. There are many outside seating areas to enjoy the lake view - on the dock, around the campfire, on the decks, or cozy up to a fireplace under the pergola. When in doors enjoy a comfortable living room, play a game of pool or darts in the basement, or read in the loft. The bedrooms are full of character and charm.

The "Guest room" is located on first floor, with the bathroom just across the hall. The "Master bedroom" is located on second floor, with an adjoining master bath/whirlpool tub. The master bedroom also walks out to an upstairs loft and outside balcony. Two additional bedrooms are located on the second floor, "Blue room" and the "Grand-kids" room that have access to the shared bathroom from the hallway. The beds in the Grand-kids room consist of one standard twin bunk bed, and two double/twin bunk beds, and a queen size air mattress, if needed. Bow-flex and Elliptical machine for a little exercise is also in the grand-kids room. The Rec-room in the basement has a queen size pullout couch if needed.

There is a natural gas grill, for outside grilling. A fully equipped kitchen with plenty of dining room seating. Our home also has a natural gas backup generator in case there is a loss of power.
