All in all it was a nice place the hosts were very friendly, but I really needed a well-equipped kitchen due to my Celiac which I did express and unfortunately I did not find that there it a little disappointing. We did find the oven had oven cleaner in it and was not fully cleaned so we're unable to use it.We would consider stay again if we were able to get a few more things in the kitchen

Cozy & Comfortable

It was very cozy and comfortable, the hosts were so kind and accommodating during our stay. They gave us a tour and were so welcoming. We did have to enter through their main entrance to get to the unit. As they await their permit for the side entrance. All in all we enjoyed our stay, the beds were super comfy and the unit was fully equipped and a very large space. If we could change anything it would be the temperature as it was very warm for us.

Great basement suite

A great large basement area that you enter in through the main house. Two separate bedrooms with queen beds. Hosts are very friendly and helpful if needed. Location for us was perfect, close to friends and family. Costco is right around the corner with a Sobeys grocery store, McDonald’s and Tim Hortons and a few other amenities just a short walk from the house. Would stay again if family aren’t able to host us.

Nice property, friendly owners

Some friends and I stayed here while visiting Winnipeg for spring break. We had no issues with the property or property owners. Communication was prompt and we felt safe and welcomed. If visiting in the winter, we’d recommend bringing some warm clothes for lounging, as the space is on the chilly side. Would stay here again!

Suite is in a basement. Enter through the main house. Joy and Abraham are very welcoming and friendly hosts. Suite is very nicely setup. Only improvements needed are bedroom curtains/blinds that keep out the early morning light and more dishes in the cupboard. We would definitely stay here again.
