Exceptional Everything!

Every single aspect of our stay was wonderful. The location is in a safe part of town, and the building has a locked exterior door. The hostess was responsive, kind and gracious. We felt like family immediately. The place was ultra clean and beautifully decorated. The rain showerheads were so nice after a long day.We will DEFINITELY be returning.

Amazing Stay

My daughter and I had a fantastic stay in the condo. It featured high-tech lighting and was exceptionally clean—so clean that you could literally eat off the floor. This was just what we needed for my daughter's surgery. We felt extremely safe in the quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend this condo for your next stay, as it is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and nearby colleges. The owners checked on us a few times, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about our well-being. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

Great spoke with responsive host

The place was great. So nice and clean. Had mostly everything you’d need. We had an issue with the ac but the host was responsive and willing to help. They also followed up. But I do advise you to label the switch that’s connected to the ac unit. Neighborhood was quiet and well kept. Only notes are the beds are rocks, maybe add a foam topper. And there’s no way to heat up food fast, perhaps an air fryer or microwave would be a good addition.

Very nice

The condo is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The interior was remodeled nicely. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need. The furniture is new and comfortable. The mattresses are firm. The shower heads are perfect after a day outdoors. The back patio is quiet and relaxing with a view of the woods. The hosts are very attentive but not intrusive. They contacted me to inquire how my stay was going and if I needed anything. They also helped me retrieve a couple of items I left behind.

Left after 10 minutes due to unacceptable conditions

My husband and I arrived at this condo in Winston Salem on February 19, 2025, and left in less than 10 minutes after walking through the door after several serious issues.First the condo had a strong fragrance odor that was immediately noticeable and impossible to ignore. It smelled unpleasant, which made the space feel uncomfortable. Both beds were also far too firm to the point where I knew we wouldn’t be able to sleep well. Additionally the location felt unsafe. After notifying the host of our decision to leave, I was disappointed to find that they refused to offer any type of compensation. Given the smell, the uncomfortable beds, an unsafe location, I would not recommend staying there. I hope the owner addresses these concerns in the future.
