Thanks for staying with us. Sorry that you feel that you paid for more than what you got. Unfortunately, the hot tub and laundry facilities are not something that we maintain, but I have forwarded your review to the HOA Wish you would have contacted us during your stay so we could have advised you to use the other hot tubs at the other building, and to take the elevator up or down to one of the other floors. There are laundry facility on each floor in the building. We do however hope that everything was okay in the condo, and that you had a great time skiing / boarding *smile UPDATE from the HOA: 1 of the 2 hot tub (the smaller one) was down this past weekend, but there are no issues with the laundry facilities (beside the one on the hot tub level). All the other laundry rooms are and have been working as they should

We do not see both elevators down very often (actually rarely this happens) but can sure understand that it is not very convenient. Luckily you were "only" on 3rd floor. I feel for the guests that stayed on 7th floor:) No one else reported this to us - nor the HOA, so I assume that it was only for a few hours both elevators were out of order.
