'Stunning hotel with exceptional amenities. We stayed in suite which included a large living room and balcony. The bed was extremely comfortable and the staff at the hotel could not be friendlier. The breakfast buffet was a great addition to our stay. I would definitely stay here again.'

'We had a fantastic time at the botel. The food was excellent, and the staff were genuinely warm and helpful. Everything ran smoothly and the atmosphere was great. The views were absolutely mind-blowing waking up to that scenery was a highlight. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning (or even fans) in the room. With how hot European summers are getting, that made the nights a bit uncomfortable. Still, we really enjoyed our stay overall.'

'Ik was hier voor een kort verblijf (4 dagen)met mijn vrouw. Ik ging skieen mijn vrouw winkelen. Voor deze twee sporten is het hotel ideaal. Je zit aan het begin van de dorpsstraat en met een busje wordt je iedere morgen vanuit de skikelder naar de piste gebracht.Het hotel is net van eigenaar gewisseld(half Nederlands) en deze heeft het hotel compleet verbouwd en opgeknapt op een zeer mooie en chique wijze. 'the hotel and staff are perfect! location and food could not be better. you can hike directly from the hotel and view is truly spectacular from the hotel. For me the only small downside is that the pillows on the bed are very thin. Not sure if other types of pillows are available i did not check with the hotel. '

'Les chambres ne ressemblent pas du tout aux photos. C’est fait de bric et de broc avec des matériaux de seconde zone. Pas d’ascenseur et c’est haut par de petits escaliers. Petit déjeuner médiocre. Ménage fait - pzs très bien - un jour sur deux. Et passage de beaucoup de voitures devant l’hôtel. Un rapport qualité prix catastrophique !'

'Gruyeres Rooms was a wonderful hotel! The room was huge, and I woke up to a beautiful view in the morning. It’s in the center of the village but very quiet. Plus, I missed a couple of train connections and arrived at the station down below after 10:00. I called the hotel and the manager’s brother walked me through everything. Yay!'
