Really cute house, nice interior decor, kitchen was ample. My two main issues were:
getting the heat to the correct temperature & the bed was way to soft. When I arrived it was freezing and I could not get the temperature warm enough to be comfortable for two days. Luckily the bed was super warm. The issue is that it takes the electric heaters a long time to heat up the space. We even supplemented it with the wood fire stove, but that didn't help much. Finally on the third day it was comfortable. If the managers would turn on the heat prior to guests arriving, this would help a great deal.
As I said, the bed was super warm, but it was to soft. Granted, we do like a firm mattress, so the bed might be fine for those that like a softer mattress.
There were guests in the main house during our stay, but they were super quiet and it wasn't apparent they were there.
So, if the heat and the bed situation were different this rating would be a 5 star.
