'The staff at the hotel was so so lovely and very helpful. We were racing at Oulton Park and it was a hot weekend and they always filled my water bottle with lots of ice so I could stay cool. The restaurant had good food. For a very simple hotel I was very impressed with the staff and also how clean the room was. It's definitely not a super fancy hotel but for a quick drive to the track it's great.'

'Where do I start we got to the hotel on the first night go to the room to find there was no bedding for the kids we got charged for breakfast the next day for the kids the staff are useless the pool was closed by 7pm even tho is stated it was open till 9pm all the carpets in the hall way were taped down or ripped up the place is a joke for the price we paid'

'Looking quite tired now in some of the rooms and have had to report maintenance requirements in different on my last 3 stays.
Change of policy to not offer breakfast as part of a package without any change in price is sneaky and wasn't communicated at booking.'

'A lovely property with tasteful decor. All the staff are very pleasant. Palm Court restaurant was really nice, and the gym and swim facilities were good. The Sunday carvery is excellent and complimentary products in the room a nice touch.
Not a lot of seating in the bar if wanting drinks only, most of it is for eating. Similarly, car parking is at a premium with a wedding on. Changing rooms are quite small, and could do with a spin machine for drying trunks (many have these now).'
