Welkom in ons logboekhuis. We zijn verheugd om ons eigendom te huren. Kom en wees onze gast om te genieten van dit prachtige huis met log Amish-meubels.
We hebben 2 huurseizoenen. Hoogseizoen van mei tot september met minimaal verblijf 3 nachten en laagseizoen van oktober tot april met minimaal verblijf 2 nachten.

Ons huis is zeer comfortabel en is perfect voor families en vrienden "uitjes" het hele jaar door. Deze woning is geschikt voor een of twee gezinnen of een groep van 10-12 personen.

Op de begane grond heeft het huis een open plattegrond met een volledig uitgeruste keuken met magnetron en vaatwasser, een eethoek met een grote tafel, een woonkamer met een open haard en tv, 2 slaapkamers met 2 queensize bedden en een complete badkamer. Een van deze slaapkamers heeft ook een tv.
Boven is een ruime zolder met uitzicht op de grote kamer en is perfect om te ontspannen, spelletjes te spelen of een extra slaapgedeelte. De zolder heeft 2 grote bedden en 1 grote futon en een deur naar een klein balkon.

Het lagere stakingsniveau heeft nog een woonkamer met een nieuw gebouwde houten bar, full-size futon en tv. Er zijn 2 slaapkamers met queensize bedden, een complete badkamer en een wasruimte met een wasmachine / droger.
Buiten genieten van de 500 vierkante voet verhoogde wrap around dek met prachtig uitzicht, of zitten onder de grotere overdekte veranda. Andere voorzieningen zijn kabel-tv's in alle woonruimtes en een slaapkamer, dvd-spelers, draadloos internet, noodtelefoonlijn, centrale AC, gas grill en buiten grote vuurplaats met 5 banken.

We zijn op loopafstand van Devil's Lake State Park, dat het hele jaar door buitenactiviteiten biedt en verschillende restaurants, waarvan er een op loopafstand is (North Shore Restaurant en Bar). Baraboo Golf en Country Club ligt op 1,5 km afstand. De Super Walmart, supermarkten, aanvullende restaurants zijn binnen enkele minuten. Geniet van een dag wandelen door het stadsplein van Baraboo, waar u antiekwinkels, speciaalzaken, Circus World Museum en meer kunt bezoeken. Plan je vakantie rond veel van de prachtige festivals die Baraboo elk jaar organiseert. Het Ho-Chunk Casino ligt op 15 minuten afstand, de waterparken van Wisconsin Dells liggen op 20 minuten afstand. Devil's Head en Cascade Ski Resorts liggen op 20 minuten afstand.

Family Reunion visit

My family has stayed at Hana Cabin before, and like last time, it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay! Vladimir was excellent at contacting me beforehand and also excellent at being accessible if/when needed during our stay. There were plenty of kitchen gadgets and dishes for us to use and cook with, along with plenty of seating for our larger family gathering one of the nights. It was a wonderful visit and I would definitely stay here again!

Adorable cabin right next to Devils Lake

This cabin has everything you need to feel like home. Fully stocked kitchen, 2 full bathrooms and plenty of comfortable bedrooms and beds. They also supply paper products and hand soaps. There were plenty of towels and extra pillows and blankets. We had a girls weekend with 6 adults and loved the open kitchen and living room for visiting. The cabin has a nice deck with plenty of outdoor furniture and fire pit. The host was great to communicate with. We also enjoyed the Tumbled Rock Brewery and Restaurant which is right next to the cabin with live music. We would definitely recommend this cabin and stay here again!

Lovely home

Fun Family Getaway

Hana Log Cabin was a perfect stay for our group of 3 families with kids age ranging from 4-15. Location is perfect for spending the day at Devils Lake and having the brewery in walking distance was perfect. The accommodations were great and we had everything we needed. The firepit area was great and big enough for everyone to have a spot on a bench. The host is very communicative and accommodating.

Family vacation with the kids and grandkids

The cabin was great! Well furnished, and well maintained. We had 6 adults and 2 children on our trip, and everyone had their own room (the kids shared the loft). The ability to eat our meals at a table together, whether outside or inside was nice. The games/activities provided was a plus! The location was great, too! Just a few minutes from a lake and state park, where we opted to spend some time on a couple of days. About 20 minutes from The Dells, where we also spent some time on a couple of days. Within walking distance was a small brewery that had great meals and live music on one of the nights. (We didn’t hear the music while in the cabin, after we left there). While there are neighbors, everyone kept to themselves. It was a quiet, peaceful, and relaxing area. Highly recommend this cabin if you are looking to visit the area! Not only for the previously mentioned reasons, but because the owners have kept the process simple, and are easy contact if needed.

The owner communicated check-in information in advance. He called prior to our scheduled stay to ask if we had questions and was very helpful. This was a multi-generation stay and the cabin, location and amenities worked very well.

This property is so well cared for and the host was helpful and prompt. The kitchen is perfectly stocked, the rooms are lovely and clean, the location near the state park is ideal. The only criticism I have is that we had to take all the recycling home, but I realize that's not the fault of the host but rather the city. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic cabin in beautiful Devil’s Lake!

We had a wonderful long weekend at the Hana log cabin. The cabin is very clean and well stocked with linens and everything you would need in the kitchen. We very much enjoyed the expansive deck (looks brand new) and fire pit area. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area! The host was easy to communicate with and takes wonderful care of his property.

Wedding getaway

We picked this cabin due to the location to Devil’s Lake State Park. We came from out of State and had our very small wedding at the park. The cabin was a perfect choice. We had plenty of room to spread out and get ready on our wedding day. We enjoyed having the bar so we could celebrate. We loved being walking distance to The Tumbled Rock so we could grab food and a drink or two. This location is perfect to just relax.

Great girls weekend!

We were in Baraboo for a relaxing girls getaway - 5 of us and there was plenty of room! Everything was clean, kitchen was very well stocked, appliances were in great shape too! There were plenty of towels for everyone, water pressure in both showers wasn’t the best, but we made it work. The deck was an excellent spot for morning coffee and evening drinks! Also enjoyed the fire pit one evening. Love that it’s so close to Balanced Rock and Tumbled Rock! Great weekend! Thank you!

The Hana log cabin was great! We had plenty of room and the accommodations were wonderful. The kitchen was fully stocked with more than any other rental we have stayed at. The power went out briefly and the owner was quick to respond and was already on top of it with the electric company. The deck was the perfect place to hang out together and the fire pit area had room for everyone to sit. We will definitely be back!!
