The Sandy Toes beachfront condo is perfect for a couple or family. The property is beachfront on Lake Delton in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of the Dells. The property has both indoor and outdoor (seasonal) pools and hot tubs for your year-round enjoyment. In the summer you are just steps away from fishing from the docks. Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio and watch the Wisconsin Dells Duck tours go by.

Perfect for couples and small families, this beachfront property at Lighthouse Cove is located near the indoor pool. The condo has indoor and outdoor (seasonal) pools and hot tubs for year-round enjoyment. In the summer you are just steps away from the private beach and you can fish from the docks. Noah's Ark waterpark is a short walk so you can avoid paying for parking there and comfortably return to your own condo for lunch mid-day.

Guests have access to everything on the property and the amenities at Lighthouse Cove. The only exceptions are the gym and sauna, which are reserved for owners only.

We give our guests the space they expect with a vacation rental but are available when necessary.

Lighthouse Cove is a quiet mixed-use community that consists of approximately 1/3 vacation rentals, 1/3 permanent residents, and 1/3 second homes.
Lighthouse Cove is a unique condo Association, comprised of private condo owners, which allows both long and short-term rentals. Please enjoy the property by complying with the following rules and being respectful of condo owners, their families and other permanent residents as well as fellow-guests.

Excess noise, lewd behavior, failure to comply with the following rules or failure to comply with local or federal law may result in Guest, the Rental Party and any others permitted on property by Guest to be removed from the premises by owner or property manager.

Please be courteous to our neighbors and obey the following Homeowners Association Rules:

Guests. People other than those in Guest’s party may not stay overnight in the condo. Any other person in the condo is the sole responsibility of Guest. Only the guests staying in a unity may use the amenities such as the beach, pools, and patios.

Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of guests is limited to 4 persons.

Parking. Guests may park only one vehicle building-side in designated Lighthouse Cove parking areas. Boats/trailers and additional vehicles may be parked in the boat/trailer parking area.

Pets. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS

Quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours and refrain from using the whirlpool tub.

Pool Areas. At no time may glass of any kind be carried into the pool areas. Only low voltage, battery powered equipment is permitted in the pool. No running or diving is allowed. The exercise room and sauna are reserved for the exclusive use of unit owners and their families. Swim diapers are required for the little ones.

Grilling. There are multiple gas grills available for community use on-property. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited anywhere on-property. No grills of any type are permitted on the patio/balcony.

Patio/Balcony. The patio/balcony are not to be used as storage areas. Please refrain from hanging towels, swimsuits, or anything else over the railings.

Liability. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for any accidents, injury or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests (as well as others they invite to the premises) are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or its facilities.

Toilets. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper.

Wildlife. No feeding ducks or wildlife

Garbage. Garbage from the condo must be taken to the dumpsters in the parking lot. Do not put trash in common area cans such as the one by the grills.

Docks. Children under the age of 16 must have adult supervision while on the docks. Keep the docks clear of tripping hazards at all times.

Boat Slips. Slips are leased by individual LHC owners. Guests may only use a slip with the permission of the owner. Slip #32 is a day slip that may be used during the day on a first come, first serve basis. Boats may not be kept in #32 overnight.

Person on reservation must be 21 years old or needs to be preapproved by host.

Smoking, pets, and excessive cleaning will result in financial penalties and/or eviction.

This is our second time staying in this same unit. The location is absolutely perfect as the kids are able to play in the water while we do stuff around the condo or on the porch. The issues we have are similar issues to when we stayed at this same unit 2 years ago. 1. There was only 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 garbage bag provided. We were there for 6 days so had to go get more of these things. Maybe 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 garbage bag are enough for others, but it was not for us. 2. The porch was not cleaned up or swept out. There was a bird nest by the door behind the light just like the last time we were here. We had to knock it down, dispose of it, and sweep up the residual stuff it left behind. It was annoying to have to do it, but the porch is where we spent the most time so did not want to sit in a mess.

From pre-booking to checkout, the communication was phenomenal! The property is absolutely beautiful and even felt secluded. The room was very clean and comfy! And we were even allowed early check in! Our room was literally right on the beach. There are alot of outdoor wooden stairs to the room, which were tiresome at times, but I am so glad im not a drinker lol. We did get a ton of rain, and although they didnt feel slippery, i would have felt better if there were railings on both sides of stairs. Depending on which hand i had free (holding too many things, trying to avoid multiple trips to the car) i wasnt always able to grab a railing.A nice add on, for 100 we were able to get wristbands to Noahs Ark for all of our party, which we could use daily! Saved a ton of money going that route.We most definitely would love to come back again! But I do not think we would want a room that was not on the beach. It could be quite a haul. Our room & location were perfect for us!!Thank you for the excellent experience!!

Over all stay was nice. Beautiful views. The only thing was it took us forever to find our condo. Then to find the elevator. Going forward I would send a map of the condo location and elevator. Other than that enjoyed the stay very much

This place is bright, SUPER clean, directly on the beach (you can wake up and see the beach/lake right outside your window), has an indoor pool and hot tub, has an outdoor pool and hot tub (which is across the street behind the 300 building), a jacuzzi tub in the unit. For a small fee they will pick up groceries for you and put them in the fridge. The host is HIGHLY communicative. The only downfall, which wasn’t stated when renting is the unit is located down a large flight of stairs. Even still, this has been one of our favorite places to stay. Would stay again. HIGHLY recommend.
