Can't wait to go back to the Farm House

This was our 2nd year staying at the Farm House for the week of The Madison Quilt Show and our Grandchildren's birthday. We would have booked for next year but the family who stayed prior to us booked it already. Any issues we had (which were small) was immediately handled by Terry or Jeff. Our son and grandson were able to take a picture of the albino deer located in the area. We are trying to figure out another week we can go up and just relax by the campfire.

Fantastic Stay!

We were in the middle of selling our home and purchasing our forever home, in addition to our kids beginning school, so we need close and convenient to Portage. We also have 2 dogs so we also needed dog friendly. This place fit the bill perfectly! Thank you for sharing your home with us!!!!!

Awesome Stay!

We had a great time at this little farmhouse. It was exactly what we needed for a family stay with people coming in from 3 different states. The history of the house in the welcome book was especially interesting and we had a lot of great walks around the property. It was close enough that we were able to spend a day in the Dells and still be able to get back to make sure the pup got out to go potty in time. The only thing I would note is that the secondary booking management firm that you have to go through for booking is horribly rude if anything goes wrong in the process and their communication is garbage. I can’t say the same for the owners of this house though because they were exceptionally wonderful people and answered every single text we sent. I wouldn’t hold it against the family for the rudeness of the call center people.

Great location and charm

We had a comfortable stay in a beautiful location. The house was spotless, cozy and comfortable. I was with a group of friends who drove in and some flew in from Dane County Regional Airport. It was close to get to the Interstate and airport. The beds were comfortable. There were multiple rooms with comfortable furniture. Thank you!

Awesome place

This house was super awesome. We came up from Ohio and the the house and owners had everything we could’ve needed and more! The land was beautiful! Only complaint was no porch light on the front of the house so we kept passing it at night time. Would recommend and would stay again!

Skiing Retreat

We spent time skiing at Cascade Mt. (20 min away). This house was great for the seven of us to spend time resting and playing games and music and enjoying each others company. Would rent again. Enjoyed brunch as nearby Broadway diner in Baraboo and Pizza from Sal's in Portage.

Relaxing getaway with wonderful views

We rented the farmhouse because it allowed for our dog to accompany us. What a wonderful surprise on arrival. The views were incredible. I attended the Madison Quilt show and the Farmhouse was just a quick 45 minutes from the show and 20 minutes from our Son and his family. Gas Grill, large home, dog friendly, 3 season room, fire pit and plenty of deer and wild life. We spoke with Terry the guest contact and she was very helpful. We had no issues just a couple of questions. We are already looking forward to another trip to the Farm house.

Great Getaway Vacation

We had three families stay and our time here was wonderful. The heating in the house was incredible and kept us really warm. Our dogs enjoyed the large land area around the house. Nearby are two ski areas which our kids enjoyed. The house was isolated, very enjoyable and had great views!

Amazing House In The Hills.

This property is one of the most beautiful places my family has stayed. We took so many pictures of the awesome landscape and farm house. The house was fun to explore and have a great game of hide and seek. We all had a wonderful time in this home away from home.

Devils Lake & Dells Weekend with Friends

We really enjoyed staying here! It was the perfect location to be near Devils Lake and a close drive to the Dells! The view was amazing & we really enjoyed hanging outside taking in the scenery and having a bonfire! Would definitely stay again!

Great Family Vacation Getaway

We greatly enjoyed our stay here! We visited Baraboo and Wisconsin Dells during our vacation. The Farm House was a great location to just relax together and enjoy the peacefulness of nature. We loved getting to see the deer and turkey during our stay. I was thankful for the amenities provided since I forgot my baking dish for Saturday's breakfast. We were very happy with our stay and the views were amazing!
