This comfortable holiday property is one of two at the same location. It’s the perfect choice for an extended family or a friends’ reunion, deep in the heart of the English countryside. Embrace the experience by taking some peaceful walks along the footpaths and bridleways, and there are a few excellent walks from the nearby village of Stonesfield. The property is also ideally placed for visitors wishing to explore the wider area, for instance the academic and historical haven of Oxford, the grand Blenheim Palace and The Cotswolds. Close to home are local pubs and restaurants in the surrounding villages.

On arrival, you will see that this large and spacious house is full of personality. Set over three storeys, the ground floor consists of an entrance hall, with a useful utility room with washing machine and fridge/freezer, and WC .The large lounge/diner has ample seating for all guests, with a TV/DVD to kick back and enjoy some movies on. Central to the room is a wood burner (first basket of logs included) to gather around on cooler days and evenings. In the kitchen you can sit around the kitchen table for breakfast. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and a Smeg fridge. On the first floor are four of the six bedrooms. The first bedroom accommodates a king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, lovely feature windows and exposed beams. The third bedroom also contains a king-size bed and connects to the fourth bedroom which is a twin room. Nearby is the family bathroom with shower over bath and WC. The top floor has a further two bedrooms and a shower room. The first of the bedrooms contains a king-size bed, and the last bedroom is a twin.

Outside the property is a enclosed lawn garden with a patio. There is plenty of garden furniture and a BBQ to enjoy some al fresco dining.
