'Walked into the room and there top blanket on both beds were dirty. One had what looked like blood on it and the other hair. When i asked for new bedding she came at me at first saying there's nothing wrong with the beds theyre clean. I brought both top blankets down to show her and she was extremely apologetic after that. But the whole hotel is falling apart. I wasnt expecting much but i do expect at least clean '

'Everything was amazing—we truly loved our stay. The room was beautiful, and the view made the experience even better. My girlfriend really enjoyed it as well, which made it special for both of us. The only small thing we noticed was that there wasn’t enough sugar provided for the coffee, and there weren’t utensils available for guests who might bring back snacks or dessert. Aside from that, everything was perfect. Thank you for such a great stay—we would definitely come back!'

'The B&B was located in Lancaster and not Lititz like we thought but that was ok because we had already seen everything in Lititz. The owners were very nice. We enjoyed sitting and talking with them when we got there. Everything was so nice and the food was very good!'

'Everything was fine there. The only issue I had was that I went out for the day late one day, stopped at the front desk and to have the room cleaned and bedding changed. When I returned the bathroom was cleaned but the sleeping area was not touched. I really wanted the bedding changed and it was quite late so I just putted the top sheet up and went to sleep since it was my last night. That was the only thing I did not like.'

'Clean by rooms. Micro/cold fridge in rooms Large size Dove products in the shower and at the sink. Pleasant people. Plenty of Parking. Nice breakfast buffet included. 24/7 hot coffee and tea included. 7 minutes to The Nook. Everything close by. I’ll stay here again.'

'Nice big room, clean bathroom, and friendly helpful staff. Just two strikes (1) no soap in shower, there was shampoo & conditioner but not soap. It’s not like the soap was empty, there was no canister for it. (2) Breakfast offering was a little weak compared to most choice hotels, but we made do except for the coffee. The cups were TINY!'
