'Great location for exploring the different parts of Busan. The area itself is less touristy then some of the other districts, resulting in a more pleasant stay. Many restaurants and shops nearby, and open until quite late.
The room itself is a bit older, but it was kept very clean. I stayed on one of the higher floors, and heard very little noise from outside or from other rooms.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Would stay here again when visiting Busan.'

'It was a little apartment but it provided us with everything we needed for our stay in Busan. We absolutely love Jeonpo area (stayed here on a previous trip) so it was perfectly located for us. There is a convenience store at the entrance and so many cute cafés and restaurants nearby. The metro entrance is right in front of the building (so convenient) and when we had some difficulties with the WiFi someone came to fix it right away. 'The appartment itself was clean and nicely decorated, but the service and comfort is nothing like adverised.
First of all, after booking you receive an email with the information that check-in details will be distributed 48h upftont. I did not receive anything, so 24upfront I contacted the property. The chat option is a bot and omly speaks Korean. Via de homewebsite you can reach a human, that translates to English. Their policy is to email the details at 11am on the day of your stay?
