"Our tourist tax was charged double and the manager didn't want to help us. We had to pay it twice or we wouldn't get into the room and no refund. Manager was very unfriendly and misanthropic. Parking was also unavailable until 3PM, although there were still lots of available spots, as only 5 rooms were booked (with a reason...). So don't book this to visit Constanz over the weekend as it won't have any use. The living room only had one one-person couch, although being a 2-people bedroom... The hotel was really arranged so that you wouldn't have any way to come into contact with anyone of the staff. The front desk is even hidden behind a fake wall, except for during breakfast hours. Feels like it's run by robots. Even other guests were laughing at how weird it feels and how terrible the management is. The phone number and doorbell stay also totally unanswered. For the rest, the rooms were clean and good looking, breakfast was also good and the breakfast staff was very friendly, but for the reasons mentioned above, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone."
