'Room was clean, the staff was courteous, the only complaint i had was minor, we were on the 18th floor, top floor, and there was an incessant hum coming from some machinery on the roof, maybe HVAC or something. It was a very low hum or vibration, so be aware if they put you on the top floor'

'Spotless room, friendly staff. Close to NRG. Dont let the look from a distance deceive you. It looks from a distance like an older hotel, but when you pull in you realize inside and out it is in grest condition. Parking lot well lit. Felt very safe staying there.'

'Room was great. Walking distance to pretty much everything you need including NRG. Only downside was we specifically booked this room because website says shuttle bus to local areas included and the shuttle they offer only goes to the hospital. Might want to change the wording on the website. '
