'The layout of the house, perfect for none related families.Also cleanliness of hoe, especially for allowing pets.Nice fenced backyard and enclosed screen porch.One flaw, hitckhikers have consumed the front yard, my Lhasa Apso, was covered in them, she had to be shaved.'

'This vacation house is very much false advertisement, when we pulled up. The grass was uncut pretty much as high as my knees. There was a dog kennel on the side of the house in 100° weather, which is absolutely horrible. The backyard had bushes growing up the house covering the back door and the walkway, it says in the description that you get the whole entire house with your party, but that’s not true. You share the house with 2 to 3 other people that are renting the house or actually living...

'The house was clean and welcoming, with a great back yard. I have family serving at Kings Bay Naval Base and the location couldn't be any better. The host was excellent, and was always available with any questions or concerns. I would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in the Kings Bay area. '

'Great communication. Outside patio was dirty, house was not. Minor cosmetic repairs need to be made. All in all a pleasant place. Coffee bar was a big plus.'

'This was a great little home for an overnight stop for us. Love the mermaid decor as I love seahorses and starfish anyway. We stop in St. Mary's once or twice a year on our way into Florida and will add this to our stop.'
