'Unfortunately my stay here was not comfortable for my family. The linens needed to be replaced due to it being soiled and when I notified the front desk I was told I had to retrieve the clean items from the front desk. No remorse regarding the circumstances, the showers we not clean, the door to my bedroom suite had a large crack across the door. I would not stay here with my family again. 'Went for a little staycation for a break from the kids. It's located in a quieter part of the city not directly in the heart of Center City Philly but close enough to walk to shop and restaurants on a day when the weather is nice. Check in was simple but the rooms were pretty small. I did appreciate there's a microwave on every floor located with the ice machines.'
