There was a welcome letter with all the information you will need during your stay and delicious cookies! A comfortable robe and plush towels. All the staff was so kind and welcoming. 'Nice location to the Erie county fair grounds. I was greeted promptly & was able to check in at 3:00 pm. The room & the hallway was very clean. Excellent water pressure in the shower. I would stay here again. The pool is currently out of use.

It's like 23000 sq ft and a lot of stairs since I was on the 3rd floor. It came w breakfast. My mattress was comfy and they gave me a robe. I would go back, but with less luggage since the stairs are hard w luggage. It was $3 to use washer and dryer.'

'I really liked the open spaces inside the hotel itself. There were areas that were open to the sky within the hotel. The pool was also nice for me and my kids to come back from Darien Lake and swim until 9pm before going to sleep. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and very nice and the breakfast was good each morning.'
