'Such a cute place in a perfect location. Would love to visit again in warmer months to be able to use all the amenities. Check-in/out processes were very easy. Even though we didn’t physically meet the hosts, they communicated quickly. The snacks were a bonus!! '

'a little hard to find: hint, look for the address on the garbage cans, because the addresses get a bit wonky further down the block, but this is a lovely spot on the north shore if all you're looking for is a clean bed on a quiet street, and the two bedrooms are so much better for friends or families than would be two rooms in the hotel by the highway -- oh, and there's a nice bagel place just north of the Starbucks on the corner of 25A'

'My best friend and I wanted to get out of the city with our pups for a long weekend, and this was absolutely the perfect place to do that! Robert was accommodating, kind, and quick to respond. And the neighborhood/community is adorable, friendly, and low key. 'Host never sent arrival info and didn’t respond to me or Vrbo. Left my family with no place to have our time together after flying in from across the country. The outside is decrepit compared to photos. '

'Cozy Cottage #3 is exactly that! The cottage was perfect for summer getaway with hubby and two dogs. The cottage had all the amenities we needed-full kitchen, tub/shower, good sized bedroom, and comfortable living room. The backyard was fully fenced so we had no worries about the dogs wandering off after the turkeys we saw strutting down the road. Our stay was stress free due to easy checking in and out and responsiveness of our host Rob. We will definitely book again. '

'I cant say much because i only stayed 1 night but i will say it was exactly what i needed. The place is very cute, rustic but modern. The neighborhood was very quiet. I wish i could have stayed longer and if im ever in the area i would stay there again.'
