However, the thing that sets this hotel apart is the TREMENDOUS customer service. The staff here are not only professional and friendly, but went above and beyond with any request we had and always made it feel like not only was it not a burden, but that they were genuinely happy to help. The free shuttle service within 3 miles of the hotel was very useful...

'Prima hotel om een aantal dagen te verblijven en ondertussen Washington DC te bezoeken. Je bent snel bij de metro (wel auto nodig of gratis shuttle bus van hotel) en dan in 30 minuten in downtown Washington. Het waren mooie suites waardoor je net even wat meer ruimte hebt in vergelijking met de standaard hotelkamers.'
