'Wij hadden helaas wel een heel slechte ervaring met een boeking in het weekend. Omdat er meerdere feesten en partijen waren, konden we 's avonds laat bij terugkomst in het hotel onverwachts niet eten in een van de restaurants. Dit was niet aangekondigd vantevoren. Je merkt goed dat men meer is ingesteld op de massa en niet de individuele hotelgast. Dat is jammer want het hotel is op zich een beleving, ook qua omgeving zeer de moeite waard.'

'Staff was terrific. Bath tub drained extremely slowly. Door to guest room was extremely difficult to open and close. Internet connection was difficult to establish but the staff was very helpful in getting it figured out. Need more than paper coffee cups in the room. 'My second stay here won’t be my last. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the hotel is pet-friendly. The location is fantastic, right next to many great restaurants and two major grocery chains. The train station is just a five-minute drive away, and the place is very safe, with a late-night security check patrol. 'I had a non-smoking room that reeked of smoke, especially the bathroom. Expedia claims there is a gym, but there is no gym. Staff was nice but facilities were very depressing. There was no cups, plate, or silverware in the extended stay unit. A sign said you had to ask for whatever cutlery you needed at the front desk. That made me worried about how bad theft must have been at the hotel. '

'The hotel lobby was clean and well maintained, which made a good first impression. However, I was shocked by how long it took for the hot water to come out. Both the sink and shower had freezing cold water for an extended period before warming up, which was very inconvenient. The hotel lobby has snacks to purchase but no drinks like soda or juice. Only 1 vending machine in the whole hotel and most of the drinks were sold out my entire stay'
